I visited recently in this resort & also i visited twice there few days back. The quality of room was amazing. It was very clean and clear. But the service quality was down as compare to previous. There was not a single piece of bottle of mineral water & cable connection was not working. My experience was very poor as compare to previous.

This is an awesome new resort. Rooms are excellent. staffs are well behaved. Our 3 nights at Murti & 3 nights at Silk Route tour was conducted by them and we are very much satisfied. Our feedback is just top to the mark.

After a long house rest, we were just free to exploring the nature in Dooars and that was only successfully happened by Viswamurti. They are really very good behaved persons. The Resort has very good rooms and wash room too. Young enthusiastic staffs and Cook they had organised Barbeque and Tribal dance on our request. Thanks to Viswamurti again to arranged such tour package. I would suggest, who they are interested to explore nature, must contact with them.

Good accommodation at low price, good food. Enjoyed in full by all family members of a team of 15 members. Tribal dance along with barbeque has added more flavour to our enjoyment. Lastly, in jungle safari we had seen a group of nine elephants and had a savour time . Overall at Viswamurti , we felt a homely environment.
