OYO Hotel Freshnup

The place is so peaceful.it is interior but the area is safe to reach even at night. The care taker is a very lovely, helpful and genuine person.

Property manager has no common sense and no responsibility taken by him, and no manners how to behave with customers, I booked two times first day they not accept the OYO booking, clearly refused and said room not available, 2nd day before leaving i call property manager many times he said no problem room was available after visit this place he said "why booking through OYO" then he demand extra money for room, bad behaviour of manager, setting place was dirty, poor class room, which room they provide it's double bed but the mattress was half of bed it's uncomfortable, bedsheets are very dirty not clean, no attached bathroom in any room it has common bathroom, overall experience is worst, don't stay here, i recommend to go another place like Kolkata, they take 600 per room but if you will go kolkata get another best quality room at this price point.

Nice place for a picnic and enjoyment for a day. The staying facility is also there. The place is good but situated slightly interior area of Baruipur.

So beautiful so elegant just waoo. Spatially Biswajit is so kind.We are so glad to visit this place Again and Again. Well behaved staff, good quality.

This place is ok for picnic or it is a nice place but not ok for staying. Rooms and bathrooms are very dirty,

Not good place for a couple beacuse it was so long way to any state road
