OYO The Heaven Inn

It was not less than a disaster to tell you the pathetic experience I with my family had there. They are charging money like hell lot but the rooms quality are poor, smelly, dirty, degraded and pathetic. The rooms are too small even for a couple. And the bathrooms are horrible. Dirty, smelly and leaking water from everywhere. NO cleaning staffs to clean the room even you request to clean no body cares. The restaurant food is decent but overpriced. The staffs behaviour is very welcoming and good. The price for one room with AC I paid is around 1600/- per day which was not at all worth it for half of it. It was a nightmare to stay here for 2 days long as I had no other options available. A BIG NO TO THIS HOTEL STAY IF YOU DONT HAVE ANY OTHER OPTIONS.

I wish i can give or less Star to this place is full of smoking smell smell in hotel room lobby everywhere staff and manager smoke on your face .. lift is not working no cleaning no quality room is there dont book hotel just seeing the image..room Even not looks like 10% in real...they also never pickup the call. Mannerless people are there

I come here often, but the room, bed, floor and bathroom are nothing good here,It is a 3rd class hotel,I have to come here due to some personal difficulties Otherwise I would never have come here, Right now the room rent is not fixed, one today and one tomorrow, even for this 3rd class room I have to pay rent above 1500,The owner of the hotel is not good, I hurriedly entered the room,3 months ago today, the lift has gotten worse Still not repair. Totally bad place, Chilla Milli car horn is going on all day.

problems we faced in this hotel - cigarette smoking within the hotel and rooms - room door lock got jam with my elderly mother inside and had to be broken open - lobby metal gate locked overnight and no staff in attendance and not even answering phone until 10am - family stuck on the other side of locked lobby gate on 4th floor and no one present to unlock the gate - bedsheets and pillow dirty and full of holes from cigarette butts - manual lift door very inconvenient and not easy to operate with no lift attendant - bathroom very small and stains all over, two leaking all the time - geyser present in bathroom but not operating in entire hotel, no provision for hot water - loud music playing all night - room infested with bugs and no provision for bug spray

The behavior is the worst. The falsely charged us Rs. 420 extra even after the whole amount was prepaid to Oyo already. A huge chaos was already going on with another client. Police was present too. Left even before designated checkout time. Horrible experience.

Cons : I book Ac room through OYO at 555/-..but they are providing Non Ac room....& charged extra 550/- for providing AC rooms. But in the OYO app it's clearly mentioned that I book AC room. They also charged 40/- rupees extra for services. 1st of all they provided used bedcovers & blanket covers..Then the changed it after complaining. They should be a little more aware of the cleanliness of the room. I have to check out at 6:00 o'clock in the morning.. But the main door was closed.. There is no person at the reception. I have to call several times to the provided number.. Pros : Location is the best thing for this property.. Kachkal More near Sodepur Station. Room decoration is good. Smart tv, wifi, wardrobe with mirror are there..

Hotel service staffs is very bad quality. No respect any customer. My suggestion is. Don't go this hotel. Mostly manager/owner behaviour in very bad. I am from Malda Town.

Manager asked for more charge then shown on oyo app as tax and convenience fees. When I said that prices paid online is all inclusive then the manager told me to leave the hotel and talk to oyo. Worst possible reception.
