HOTEL SWEET DREAM

I visited the restaurant for lunch. The service here was pathetic. They take almost an hour to bring the order n you actually have to get up n look in the kitchen area to ask them to bring the bill

Good and clean rooms... overall excellent stay

Situated near wireless more, this hotel offers you good rooms with decent services. According to the room size and amenities, the price is a bit high, and few things like broken washroom glasses should get fixed on time. The wardrobe was a little rusty (difficult to open and close) . This hotel is right next to the kalyani expressway, so it's a bit noisy (vehicles honks and engine sound).

In this hotel you will find almost all kinds of facilities. There is nice management of car parking. There is no separate dining facility inside the hotel, but there is a small resturent outside of the hotel. The nice behaviour of the staff will attract you. Security guards are present day and night to ensure the security of the hotel.

Though the check-in process was smooth, the rest of the stay wasn't. Though they have three categories of rooms ( 1,500 / 1,800 & 2,500), for some reason, they always pitch in for the 1,800 room saying that the 1,500 room is very small for you. The 2,500 room is a triple bedded one. All the rooms of this hotel are air conditioned though. Being right on the highway, it's a bit noisy whether it's in the day or night. Also, the rooms lack character. One major disappointment at this hotel is the food. It's one of the worst we have had in a long time. By the way, they don't even provide safe & clean drinking water in their rooms. You have to buy packaged drinking water from them. Overall it's a place I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Period!

Good location and Friendly staff. Negative: terrible housekeeping. I had to ask for every single thing like hanger, toiletries, wifi access, room cleaning. Most negative aspect: The hotel does not provide even mineral water/ tea / coffee in the best room category worth 2400 per night. Highly disappointed.
