Do not ever stay in this lodge. There was a police raid when I was staying there. They rent out rooms for shooting adult pictures. The owner behaves like a mad dog with no control on his temperament while his staffs are still better off. Do not choose this hotel. Strict no.

Worst Hotel I have ever visited.....they will behave decently till u checked in....after that they show their true colors .....didn't provide blank nor water....no room service for cleaning purpose...if u call on the number provided on their lodge board the owner will madly shout at u. If u need anything u need to come down to ground no matter u are on 1st floor or 3rd floor....and when u ask for bill on ur check out u need to pay extra bucks as GST....worst experience of lifetime

1start if you force me the staff is good when enter because you they have to sell the room ..but my god where do I start what's wrong with Kolkatas hotel system. If wer give any less than 1k the room will be pathetic to livelike not even a four wall you can sleep free hours. And forget about toilet you will prefer to do outside after seeing the condition. In one word it's dirty.they charged us 700 which is low according to them and so call replaced us toh AC room which was more dirty from bedsheet to wall to bathroom you will be feel sick there . So did we are staying there for24 hrs it's worse then train toilet. And eventually every hotel in Kolkata are in pathetic condition I don't know where to find a trusted hotel for couples single and family in reasonable price please help we you know

As i came here for exam they given me top floor with albester benith of them there is a false ceiling which heats alot because its time of summer. Charged me 500 which is quite expensive whether they are hesitating to change the bedsheet and pillow cover after that i went downwards and taken by own. Very worst service no water given by him. Also staffs charged me for tip. There's no shower into bathroom. Not a separate mug for toilet. I came here because there isn't any option.

I went to this lodge for booking for more than 10 members for a day. He straight denied. They need at-least 3-4 days of booking only then they allow. I wonder who the hell the manager is to decide how long my relatives should stay. Very rude behavior!!!! Not at all recommended

Very bad owner......just habit of taking more money during surge time.....very bad behaviour... AC rooms are for show......at night no AC works.....

Plz dnt stay on this hotel.. There are lots of other hotels available at cheapest rates nearby railway station or else u can book it on oyo..the behaviour of the manager is very rude n charges rooms very high.I paid 1200rs for single bed with no basic facilities.. The condition of the room was pathetic n there was no water fr bathroom..

As usual He denied giving clean bedsheets and pillow cover nor did he supplied cold water as it is very hot these days and he treats like a servent
