OYO LVY Hotel

Third class room and washroom,,there is condoms,orange peel,lunch packet everywhere in the washroom,,pls don't go there,and there is a 1000 (207no) rated single bed room this is too much disgusting and extremely disgusting,,nobody cleaned the washroom .

It was really worst experience to visit this hotel I booked it from make my trip but when I reached hotel they told me all the room are already booked out but they asked me to offer extra more money if I want to stay then as I had already paid through make my trip The staffs are very rude at this hotel I don't suggest anyone to visit this place instead find some hotel nearby location

As my booking was confirmed by OYO still The Hotel Manager strictly refused to provide the room. Very bad behaviour of The Hotel Manager. An unexpected room charge was offered by him which was impossible as our booking was confirmed with OYO. Very bad experience was that kindly improve the matter. As the booking was confirmed, The Hotel Manager should provide the room at the same booking price but he offered quite expensive price. So, I request to the OYO team, kindly look into this kind matters and rectify it in proper way so that rest of the people should not go through this notorious matter. Thank You

I have no words to describe its lousyness.. total money west property. I have already paid 2000 rs for deluxe X2 room, they charged me extra 500 for early checkin instead of 300 and when i asked for bill staff told me talk to the manneger. Staff's behaviour was very very roud. There is nothing like hygienic. I'll never book this property again nor reccomend to anyone else.

Very bad experience...we travelled from assam to barracpore for treatment purpose of my mother, we booked the hotel online and while reaching the hotel they were not accepting checkin..they told us to book offline and were charging high price than online..we had to leave the place and search for other hotel with my ailing mother,they even talked rudely with my mother...worst service and worst staff...later heard that they take offline bookings for couple without id and all thats y they had no room basically they gave our room to any other couple without id...never visit this place not safe for anyone...

Customer Service: The people there were friendly. Room: the conditon was good enough. Now coming specifics: Bed: the bedsheet were torn. Bathroom: too dirty not provided any oyo condiments as they give you. As my stay was for few hours I didn't complained but I do notice these. And one more they don't have parking so yeah be mindful of that.

A little pocket pinch, good if you wait for offers and book through OYO app and apply promo codes then its quite affordable. Inside cite and close to Palta station other than Barrackpore station. Food can ordered from outside and easily available. Its couple friendly hotel and also Un married couples are allowed providing any D.O.B ID(above 18yrs). Range from 1000-1800(booking is taken for 24 hrs including 1 night) excluding promo codes. Food can be ordered through room services upto 300-500(for two) Easily check-in and no disturbance is their. Their is NO hectic of Police verification. Very safe for all and right to privacy is being provided. Insured by Oyo co. Have a good day their. Perfect for couples in this area.

I wish there was a rating below one star. This hotel is in a pathetic state . No cleanliness no staff 0 service . The washroom sink is connected below the western seat . Pathetic state of service. - infinity stars for the hotel. The bedsheet is full of stains of what not. The rooms floor had buds and zero cleanliness. The reception was stinking like a morgue. Do not stay here even for free.
