Ambience & Facilities The Pearl Restaurant is prominently situated along the main road, making it easily accessible for visitors. The establishment also offers accommodation facilities, although our visit was solely for dining purposes. Inside, the restaurant boasts a fully furnished, air-conditioned environment with a hygienic washroom. Soft background music enhances the dining experience, and there's a spacious sofa seating area suitable for larger groups. A centrally located mocktail counter showcases their range of beverages. Food & Service Our meal began with a customized Jal Jeera, requested without soda, which the staff accommodated--a commendable flexibility. For the main course, we ordered Jeera Rice, Dal Makhni, and Veg Jalfrezi. We attempted to order 1.5 portions of Jeera Rice, but the staff informed us that only full portions could be served. Consequently, we ordered two plates, which resulted in surplus food that we had to pack for takeaway. This contrast in accommodating the drink customization but not the rice portioning gave us mixed feelings about the service. Both the Dal Makhni and Veg Jalfrezi were flavorful, well-balanced, and served in generous quantities. For dessert, we chose the Tutti Frutti Ice Cream, presented in a glass with three scoops. It had a decent taste, rounding off our meal satisfactorily. Pricing The total bill amounted to 1,050. While the prices lean towards the higher side, they are justifiable considering the restaurant's ambiance and prime location. Final Verdict The Pearl Restaurant offers a pleasant dining atmosphere with commendable food quality. The staff's willingness to customize certain orders is a plus, though there's room for improvement in flexibility regarding portion sizes. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Pearl, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff specially Mr. Jayanth was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every need was met with a smile. The rooms were immaculately clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, offering all the modern amenities one could ask for. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the peaceful ambiance made it perfect for relaxation.

Stay here on my business tour. The behaviour of Mr. Jayanti, the receptionist is very polite and helpful.The room amenities need to be better. Electric kettle with tea/coffee need to be there. In the bathroom handwash should be an essential item need to be added. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay.

Located aside busy road near to station with everything at your reach! Restaurant at ground-floor with quality foods. You may expect a quality service during stay.

The Pearl Hotel Burdwan is excellent in service , rooms and food. All types of foods are available South Indian, Chinese etc and tasteful. The behaviour of receptionist Mr. Jayanta Ghosh is very polite and he is always helpful with promt service

Excellent service , quick response, behaviour of all staff are very good specially,Jayanta , Food quality is excellent. Need more variety in breakfast.

Very bad experience from the hotel . Very poor behavior from the staff and manager. Even the hall was locked from outside where the driver's accomodation was provided so he faced harrasment though it was paid accommodation.
