I liked the most about this hotel, which was its food quality, quantity, and taste! Rooms were neat and clean. Good decoration and accents. Priced felt a bit high, but really fine hotel. Sleeping can be a bit difficult because of the location, trucks, and buses honking past down the highway. I would definitely recommend The Dawn Imperial Hotel. 8.5/10

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say I was extremely disappointed with the unprofessional behavior of the staff, especially the person at the reception. As someone who has completed hotel management and worked in various reputable hotels, I have never encountered such rude and condescending staff. Hospitality is not just about having good rooms; it's about providing a welcoming and courteous experience for guests. Unfortunately, the staff here seemed to lack basic training in guest relations, throwing unnecessary attitude and showing no respect for their guest. I strongly urge the hotel management to prioritize training their staff on professional behavior and guest handling. A hotel's reputation is built not just on its amenities but on the quality of service provided. If improvements are not made, it will be hard to recommend this place to anyone.

one of the worst hotel in burdwan according to staff behaviour and service. Even after multiple attempts they dont pick ur calls in receptions. There breakfast timings is from 8am but dont provide any meal till 9:30 am even after multiple calls. Rooms are good in this price range and location is nice too but they have to improve their staff service for better acceptance in the market

Worst Hotel in Burdwan. Do not book this hotel. I stayed in this hotel from 20 April to 24 April 2025 in room number 203. I have never seen such worst service quality and arrogant staff behaviour in any other hotel. This was my corporate booking. I have already intimated my company to cancel the tie up with this hotel. Do Not Book This Hotel.

The worst possible customer service and hospitality one can get. The room was booked a week back, but no check was done prior to allotting a room. When we shifted we found that the tap is leaking and the washroom was filled with water and almost about to come out to the room. When we complained they said we will put a cloth and seal the main tap and sealing the main tap would mean no water for bathing. No resolution was provided to this even after complaining. They said call us everytime the washroom gets filled with water, but after sometime they stopped picking up the call as well. Then the kettle was dirty, we told them to clean it and they simply went to the washroom and washed it under the running tap in the washroom sink. Then we ordered tea. The cups were dirty they cleaned the cups under the running water in the washrooms sink without any dishwasher. Even after multiple complaints no resolution was provided. Absolutely terrible experience.

It's a great place to stay. The staff is very polite. The breakfast is awesome. The rooms are very spacious and beautiful. Overall the stay is really good.
