Unhygienic room , bathroom, there is no any cleaning facilities, bedsheet not clean, unsafe room not for family. Worst of money. Rent like England service like Somalia

Need to improve the location status, it was hard to find the location during our visit there.

One of the best hotel i love. Room service is best here

It is a budget hotel. Upon arrival we were asked for the basic documents and without following any covid protocol we were let into our room. We were asked to pay extra sanitization charges which in my opinion should be done free of cost. Room was good, bedsheet was old and untidy. Bathroom was good General services were good. Wifi enabled. Cctv installed and working. Staff behavior was very good and he was helpful indeed. Overall it was a nice stay

Guys, be careful while doing bookings at this 3rd class Hotel, I did 1 week advance booking at this hotel via Aggoda, I reached this hotel at 9.10 pm from Mumbai via Kolkata, firstly this hotel is not easily accessible, after asking 5-6 local person we reached this place, while entering the hotel, hotel manager/ owner stop me at entrance and informed entire hotel is sold out and no room is available, I showed him the booking confirmation which I did via agoda, he told me he cancelled my booking as he given entire hotel rooms for some marriage ceremony at higher rates....this is completely unethical and unprofessional behavior I seen in from this hotel guys. Even Agoda customer support is very worst, they are not atall reachable....

Nice and beautiful also hygiene

The owner is a thief. Krishnendu choudhury. He never keeps his word. Always charges more than promised before the logde taken. Most unethical person. Never ever think to rent this house. They do not provide any bill for marriage ceremony rent. Initially this krishnendu choudhury promises to provide you lot of facilities with the agreed amount, but while making payment he charges a lot more showing lame amenities. Most third class guest house in Burdwan.
