Rooms were great, neat tidy, well maintained, the balcony! Behavior of the manager is polite and well! The price is a lil high, but after all a great hotel it was! Highly recommendable!

I got an allocation of the cheapest room Room 501 with common area washroom (uncleaned). Room got no blankets! I am thankful that I was carrying one bedsheet! Being new in business, customer service is required at level best! Hope to see changes soon!

The hotel stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful and food quality is very good the location was very convenient for getting around and many activities.If we were to travel to Prague again, we would definitely stay there again!
