NAKSHATRA - Banquet, Hotel and Restaurant

I don't know wheather or not the restaurant authority is going to notice this reviews and really doubtful regarding the customer feedback . Rooms, decor, interior all are nice,, but they should hire or train some efficient stuffs, who are really good at customer handling and communication. Today, we have order Prawn Tandooris as a starter but the prawns was undercooked, it was smelling fishy, but outer coating was smokey, so, when we have asked them to cook once more time as the prawns were smelling something not edible they told that, dish is like so!! If they cook once more time then the outer coating will getting overcooked, so they can't help us! We have to eat that! I was surprised, they should be more cooperative to us, either they could have cooked the dish once more time to eliminate the fishy smell from the prawns, or they could have entirely changed the plate for us!! Any good restaurant generally do so, this behavior was dissapointing, and yes, even at the parking place during receiving our bike, one of their guest from hotel room, was spitting "Gutkha" Downwardly!!! Unimaginable!! I am really looking for a reply from someone of the restaurant authority.

Good rooms but cockroaches should be taken care of. The hotel doesn't have its own restaurant. The terrace is let out to outside contractor who runs a restaurant for lunch and dinner only. A very simple breakfast is served in the rooms from 0830 onwards. Not much choice.

Nice place to have gathering. Food was great with justified price. Party area was specious and decorated.

The biryani I ordered was decent, but there's definitely room for improvement. It was quite dry, which made it a bit hard to enjoy, especially since no raita was provided. The flavors were very mild and could use more depth and spices to elevate the overall taste. The naan I ordered was also not up to the mark--it was very chewy, which made it less enjoyable. As a suggestion, they could consider adding banana to the dough, as it can make the naan softer and more pleasant to eat. That said, I appreciated the quantity of the biryani. It included two pieces of chicken, a whole egg, and a small potato, which made it filling. While the experience was okay, with a few improvements, it could easily be much better.

We went there for a get together. But the behaviour of the service people weren't good enough. The quality of food is quite average.

Good location. Restaurant offers fairly wide variety of good quality options. Clean rooms. Washroom amenities are limited.

Today I along with my family total 06 members visited the buffet counter, it is not that we visited first time, but this time the worst experience ever, ther r total 4 staff. All staffs are so pathetic, they even don't know how to attend customer, how to deal, how to react, how to talk. Really ashamed, I don't have any complaints regarding the quality of food. These are truly very tasty, But the staff's behaviour is really very disturbing, Buffet means we can order unlimited food, but whenever we ordered extra any items, the staff's are reaction very badly. They are simply smiling staring us. Really it is very disturbing, Besides we will not ever visit nakshatra again.
