Staff behaviour was not good ! They were judging us by our clothes !!! Thinking us stupid, they were telling us every word about how to write our entries ! Can you think about it

Good for one night staying

Staff Behavior very good....Couple friendly...Oyo hotel.... provide very good room and other staff.....As it is a oyo linked hotel so oyo may be quite take care itself.....But the drinking water which are they provided is not well .... at 5 am i call them (service phone No-20) for any pakaged drinking water but Noone pick up my phn.... Afterall it is a very good place to stay at Bardhaman for Couple family and friends.

Uncooperative reception. Values regarding handling guest is really poor. Numbers given in oyo are rarely responding. The reception is not open 24x7, and really unresponsive. Not recommend at all. Basically they doesn't seem to know about "hospitality". They doesn't know about oyo policies too.

Best place for taking your drink. But price is very high. There are 5 flour for drink and watching the dance of call girls. Do not go with your family or children.

Ohh hell!! I booked for 2500,thought it would be a nice one,but it disappointed me. No cleanliness, unhygienic and dirty room. No TV, bad smell,bathroom taps not working. Worst one...I suggest u all not to go.plzz search otherside not this.

It's not a very up and about place tbh. But since there r no decent bars around I guess this is the only place people can go to from around here. Though the rates are quite decent but the service is really poor especially if you're ordering drinks from the Spice Garden restaurant. They don't have a minibar in, so everytime you order a refill or a new drink you gotta wait for the guy to go fetch it for you from another part of the Mall. And most importantly the drinks r not very good either. I wouldn't wanna go back there again!

Hotel location is Good. There is Inox just opposite to the Hotel on the same floor. It is added advantage for staying here. There is food court and Bar also. The place is well decorated. But need more professional staff to maintain.
