Hotel City Tower

This place is a very good hotel for lodging. Being near the Bardhhaman Junction railway station it's a very good option to stay during visits at Bardhhaman. There are different standards of rooms available and the rates also depend on the rooms you choose to stay. I stayed in a moderate AC room where a double bed was available, a cabinet to keep your clothes and baggage, a mirror to keep you groomed, a bed side table to keep your belongings and a television to keep you entertained. A small verandah was attached to the West. The toilet was decent and clean with a western toilet, a shower, a wash basin and some toiletries. Fooding is also available here with a running kitchen. I have had a complimentary breakfast with my stay hence it was served in my room. I had dinner during my stay which was also good in taste and the quality and quantity was also very good.

Very arrogant Staff, Misbehaving with Guests is their special attribute. if you ask for complimentary breakfast their behaviour gets even rude as off had asked something out of the Box

The room was neat and clean. The AC though half broken, was working. The food was tasty. The staff were courteous.

The room is nice and cozy during the winter season. The staff is very cooperative, and you will find almost every essential item available.

This hotel is in the heart of the town they have upgraded the rooms and amenities as well. Service is good but little bit late. the rooms are comfortable.....food quality is good....but here breakfast is served after 8 o clock. So if you check out before 8 o clock plz manage the breakfast with your own. This needs to be corrected by the management as ASAP.

One of the best hotel of Bardhaman situated in the prime location near to Curzon gate. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff are efficient and serves promptly. Food option are excellent.

Good place to stay. Rooms are very spacious. Cleanliness is good. stayed at Room no. 308. Problem of Car parking, especially for big vehicles like Scorpio. Restaurant not available. 05.01.2021 Again stayed at Room no. 407 on 20.12.2023. It seems Problem of vehicle parking resolved. Parking arrangements in basement.
