ISI Guest House

It's an institute guest house. You might experience some discomfort due to the small rooms and other minor issues. But all will be nullified by the welcoming behavior of the staff. Great food and services with a smile. I personally never felt it as a guest house but my own house, full of friends around.

Staff is really worthless. Rude behaviour is normal here. Although that is expected from government servants. Weirdly, nothing happens here on weekends. If you check-in on a weekend, the manager is not there. And without his approval/information, you cannot get food from the kitchen. Moreover, you have to know whether you are going to eat at the guest house or not. For example, you need to order lunch at least the night before, and dinner has to be confirmed in the morning, during breakfast. It's a weird and aggravating place to stay. The rooms are okay though.

Located within the ISI Kolkata campus near the Bonhooghly bus stop on BT road. Good and standard food available especially during conferences, seminars and workshops.

It's inside the ISI hostel campus, situated right beside the Barrackpore Trunk road, which is a very quite and beautiful place. The area around is filled with greenery and a lake in its vicinity. The room service is awesome and the canteen food is very good.

It's the guest house provided by Indian Statistical Institute. Not everyone can get an accommodation here. You have to get a sign from Dean. Place is really comfortable with all amenities and are offered at low price. Food is charged extra.

ISI Guest House is very clean. very good place to stay. you get breakfast, lunch and dinner. very good place for guest. Bed, study table, cupboard, TV and AC present in all room. Also for hot water gyser present in all rooms.

ISI guest house is well maintained, neat and clean. It's in a old building. Food is also good. If you have some work in ISI this is the best location to stay.

This is small conference room for generally exclusive use by ISI staff and their friend. Usually snacks etc. has to be self managed. A cosy room for informal gathering of about 10 - 15 persons. The guest house is used by ISI staff, their guests and ISI guests. It is not meant for commercial purpose by general people.
