Bon Polashi Eco Hut

It was an excellent experience, the hospitality and food was great. I was looking for a peaceful retreat and truly got what I looked for. This property is close to the murguma dam, the cool, pleasant breeze of the water adds to the flavour of the place. We stayed in the beautifully decorated tent, with all modern amenities. This resort which is the first to setup here, engaged locals, which is something good for the locality, helped the area to develop and also got us the chance to interact with these simple, honest people. Surrounding hills, serene waters, colourful trees, streams makes this place for repeated visits. We were extremely lucky to have PD (owner) as our host during our stay. Thank you you Bon palashi.

Our recent visit to Bon polashi Eco Resort was nothing short of exceptional. The warm hospitality of the staff made us feel right at home. With its serene atmosphere, this resort is the perfect retreat for those seeking relaxation and connect with nature.A special mention to the bonfire evening along with bamboo chicken...an absolute must-try! The resort property is within close proximity to the Muruguma Dam and the Sunset Point: my personal favourite.Falguni uncle guided us through the entire trip to visit the different sites: marble lake,upper dam/lower dam,bamni falls,etc|.Jaladhar Dadu ,the senior most at the Bon Palashi will be hard to forget with his cooling presence .We would re visit this place sometime in monsoons and in the winters again and explore the hidden gems of nature ,it's the virginity of the place which we would explore.And lastly,the food especially the mutton truly came from the heart to our stomach. |Highly recommended for adding it to your itinerary.|Thanks.|Sebanti Ghosh Dastidar

We had a wholesome experience in Bon polashi Eco hut. We booked premium tents well in advance to enjoy the new year there. The tents are equipped with round the clock power, hot water and all other modern facilities. Staffs are very courteous and well trained. They took care of all our little needs with a smile. Also do visit here for lip smacking bengali food.

The position of the place is stunning. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The ecohut were really pretty and nicely decorated with plants and flowers. The rooms were spotless. The food was really good and homely. The overall experience was excellent.

We stayed at Bon Palashi with a group of friends just 2 weeks ago and it was just amazing. We had opted for the tents...which were very comfortable and luxurious. Best part was the hospitality of the people of the resort....the Manager Daman and his entire team. Special mention about Lakshman. Also the food was entirely homemade and awesome....just as per our taste. Evening we enjoyed the bonfire. A place highly recommended....where one can relax, enjoy and rejuvenate!

We spent three unforgettable days at Bonpolashi in January 2025, a true escape from the bustling tourist hotspots of Purulia. Nestled beside the breathtaking Murguma Dam Reservoir, this retreat offers a unique blend of traditional charm and modern comfort. The rooms and common areas were impeccably maintained, and the food, featuring the fresh local produce, was a culinary delight. The staff were very friendly and made our stay truly memorable. For those seeking tranquility and a taste of authentic Purulia, Bonpolashi is an absolute must-visit.

Great food along with very well cleaned big rooms....the behaviour and support of the staffs present there was excellent....just need to get in track with the beautification of the place specially the pond which looks a bit dirty and not maintained for a while...apart from that an excellent weekend destination place
