Room, Service are really good. Location is adjacent to Highway ( Asian Highway) opposite North Bengal University.

Food tastes so baad....the chickens were not cooked well,blood was observed

The ambience is ok and the staff's behavior is also good but the price of food is little bit high.But the most disappoint thing is they take a long time to serve food on the table.we got food on the table after 1 hour of order.but entirely the experience was not so bad.

I ordered the mutton thukpa through Swiggy, and it was a disappointment. The dish was borderline sour, likely due to the excessive use of raw tomato--or did you just put Kissan sauce in it? To make things worse, sewai-thin noodles were used instead of traditional ones, which is not suitable for thukpa. The vegetables were also poorly prepared; at the very least, they could have been cut julienne-style. You might want to take a few lessons from street vendors--they seem to make it far better than your restaurant does. The portion was good for 3 guys.

Good quality food at reasonable price

Excellent stop gap stay for North Bengal, Sikkkim comers from South Bengal. Its just opposite of NBU Gate 2... Lots of roadside free parking. Good foods at reasonable rate. Rooms are spacious n luxurious. Sitting restaurant and Banquet are also available. Can host any sort of mid size party at eases.. Staffs are well behaved.

My family visit here very often. I would give a 3.5. This is a decent restaurant. Dining area is clean and good. Food is as well decent. We usually go for early dinner and the place isn't very crowded during that time. Service is good. I have heard from the owner and the receptionist that they take booking for party gatherings.
