Regular one at the other end. Excellent quality and ambience. Better than the saptarshi counterpart to some extent. Been a loyal customer since 2019.

The place is very beautiful and vegetarian people don't have to worry, the restaurant of the hotel has good veg options. Only drawback is that the restaurant is not pure vegetarian

Worst Food & Mis Behave by Hotel Manager .Feedback of 60 Top Distributors & attended Lions Club member & We have patitic Exprience with Hotel Saptaparna for the Bad behavior & Bad Quality of Food .If any one want to lose the Honour & Prestige then Go for SAPTAPARNA HOTEL. We went for program with our 60 honorable Distributor including Lions club members. Very bad Manner staff & Very Painful after INR 600 cost per head given for food but received worst food & only Bad behavior by manager & Staff who don't have any Manner & politeness. Particularly The MANAGER SOURAV Mis Behave with our All Top Distributor of Bankura during the Lunch time .Attended all top Distributor of Bankura & Lions Club member have become very angry by the Bad behavior of the Manager Mr sourav & The Staff .This is the feedback from the 60 Distributor along the the attended Lions Club members of Bankura.

Few days back our marriage anniversary got celebrated at Saptaparna. Mr. Sourav organised the event very well. Few guests stayed there as well. Room service was very nice. They were very polite and prompt while serving guests. Few renovations are going on hence some areas of hotel premises felt bit unusual. Guests impressed and delighted by the food as well.

Room not clean properly. Old furniture. Room is expensive. Parking available. Breakfast is good. Location is good.

Very expensive food if you go 3-4 top class resturant then u easily compare like hilton tulip But service is very good no compromise

Yesterday there was a meeting by UTI Mutual Fund and they booked Hotel Saptaparna but unfortunately I don't know but the food quality was too bad and the staff behaviour is bad at the same time . As it can be seen there is a huge management problem this time . This is not at all a 3 star hotel else it is a 1 star hotel . It's quality degrading day by day . If you really want to visit or book this hotel . Think Twice .
