Hotel Debanshu

One of the worst hotel to stay in bankura.very bad behaviour start from initial.Rooms are too small to live and service is very poor.no restaurant are available in hotel.

Highly unprofessional behaviour starting from reception. It has a marriage hall. Hence poor response for others who take room. Rooms are very small. I got an unfinished room with TV only installed and no connection. Bathroom wash basin drain simply let off on floor near toilet. Improper drain of bathroom. Bed quality is poor and unhygienic. Water geyser will be made on only on request in the morning. Room cupboard was locked and didn't get key even after enquiring. No cool drinks/ snacks available in night. We need to wait till 10am to get any food even breakfast. Impolite reply from the guy in reception. No proper parking place. Ask to park nearby. Our car front glass had a crack due to mischievous activity as the parking place has neither security or control. Located in main road. Suitable for marriage. Not recommended for travellers who want to stay. Better find some other hotel keeping this as last option.

One of the best hotels with banquet in Bankura.The property is well maintained and clean. Staffs are well behaved and owner is a very kind hearted and helpfull person. My overall experience was very nice during the stay.

Very bad hotel especially if you want to reserve it for a party, the owner is very arrogent and make sure that if you are booking this hotel for a party , then always make the owner SIGN a agreement of the cost or else he will keep changing the price later on , also don't try to give the money in advance

One of the worst place to stay in bankura, bedsheets and towels are dirty. Their double bed means a queen bed and tripple bed is just a king size bed. Its just a way to confuse people. Never book it online, always go and check the hotel first. They don't mention count of towels at beginning and later create problem during chcekout about missing towels. They have the habit of turning off AC during midnight and you will have to get down to reception to ask them to turn it back on. Bathrooms are very dirty. The amount they charge, you can book a decent room in sptarshi or saptaparna.

Need to improve room service.

One of the best hotel and banquet in Bankura. Well decorated, well Organized, Staff bheavear was so good. Water 24x7 . I visit the banquet yesterday, its looks beautiful after Decorations, lot of open space no gaddring. I really satisfied of the service. Plz chk this place when you visit Bankura..

Place is good, fully air conditioned. But they don't have parking spot and they should make a concrete entrance connecting main road.
