Mango City Resort Hooghly - Best Resort Near Kolkata

It is not like a resort, service is pathetic. Don't like 1. Water is very important and 1st time seen that resort is serving local water bottle instead of reputed brand like bisleri, kinley etc. 2. We Booked the rooms before 15 days, but they planned to clean their swimming pool on that day, we are going, and not allowed to enjoy at Evening. 3. Dinning area AC is not working and due to glass it is too hot. Pathetic. 4. Price is too high according to quantity. 5. Not customer friendly attitude 6. Even handwash is not available at dining. 7. Resturant of the resort are not like a resort, they did not have desert option, cold drink or ice cream. They didn't have ajwan, mouri or any kind of mouth freshner also Good thing: 1. every food was awesome and there are a touch of bangaliana. 2. Atmosphere is good. 3. Rooms are ok Do not going after seeing the review on YouTube paid promotion l.

Our experience at Mango City Resort was really beyond expectations. The service people were very warm. The taste of the food was superb,finger licking. The cook Pratima is an excellent cook....the prawns curry was so so nice,so was the potol chingri . Amit was very cordial,helpful. Would definitely recommend family and friends to come over to this resort.

"Resort Visit - Personal Experience & Feedback" I called the resort twice, but no one received the call. Eventually, I went there in person, only to be informed by the watchman that bookings can only be made online. It felt as if the resort considers itself as prestigious as ITC or Vedam. But with this kind of attitude, I believe it may shut down in a few years. If you're reading my feedback, please remember -- you are not the only one running a business. If you want to become well-known, it's important to have an active contact person and a helpful gatekeeper so people can get the information and support they need. This place doesn't feel like a resort at all; the service is extremely poor. --- What I Didn't Like: 1. Water is essential, and for the first time I saw a resort serving local-brand bottled water instead of reputed ones like Bisleri or Kinley. 2. We booked our rooms 15 days in advance, yet they decided to clean the swimming pool on the very day we arrived -- we weren't allowed to use it in the evening. 3. The dining area AC was not working, and due to the glass structure, it was unbearably hot inside. Very uncomfortable. 4. The food prices are too high compared to the quantity served. 5. Staff attitude is not customer-friendly at all. 6. There wasn't even handwash available in the dining area. 7. The restaurant didn't offer standard resort-level service -- no desserts, no cold drinks or ice creams. They didn't even have basic mouth fresheners like ajwain, fennel, etc. --- # What I Liked : 1. The food was excellent, with a nice touch of Bengali flavor. 2. The ambiance was decent. 3. The rooms were okay. "Final Note:" Don't be misled by YouTube reviews and paid promotions. The actual experience is very different.

l called the resort 2 times but they don't received the call after that I goes to the resort but the watchman instruct me you can book over online. I feel that the resort most popular over ITC or Vedam maybe If it take the way It will be closed after few year. If you seen my feedback jus membered you are not only If want run to a famous way to your business please active your contact person and the gate man where people can address there needs and information.

Excellent place for a day outing. Rooms are good. In the midst of green trees , the ambience is simply awesome. The swimming pool and gardens are well maintained. With delicious food we have spent quality time throughout the whole day!

The place is very nice to visit, especially their swimming pool is also very good. Their staff is also very good, the rooms are clean and all kinds of services are available. Personally, the thing that really bothers me is the price of their food, which is much higher than a normal five-star hotel. The quality of the food is good, but the cost of the food is expensive.

Food is too expensive than a 5 star resort located in Kolkata or any tourist spot, Staff behaviour is not good at all. Swimming pool water is not clean. They serve local waterbottle Instead of a reputed one.

A well spent daycation at mango city resort. Nestled in luxurious greenery this resort has much to offer. The quite and serene atmosphere provided much needed calmness to city souls who are accustomed of hustle and bustle of daily lives. The resort is clean and spacious. The rooms are well maintained. The booking was hasselfree thanks to the management. They were extremely patient with our needs and wants. The staff was helpful and courteous which made us feel like home and the food was homely not too rich dripping in oil not too bland. Both veg and non veg options are available. Over all the management and staffs were able to provide us a memorable day.
