Not at all close to the grade of average. This lodge is only being located at a good spot. I travelled to Balurghat and stayed at this place which led me umdergo utmost sense of resentment for my decision to end up to this horrendous lodge. Perfunctory attitudes of staffs, disdainful hospitality approach and more importantly marginal sense of professionalism are all that you might expect to see in exchange for rent.
