Hotel Serena

Nice and clean place in Balurghat, spacious rooms, service is alright. Don't expect a five star hotel experience as it is not a five star hotel. I'm a regular and it's fine

I recently stayed at Serena Hotel in Balurghat and had a good overall experience. The prices are quite nominal. The space was decent, and the food was tasty and satisfying. The staff was friendly and helpful, which added to the pleasant stay. While the manager could have been a bit more polite, it didn't overshadow the overall experience. Considering the options in Balurghat, this is probably the best hotel you'll find. Overall, I had a comfortable stay and would recommend it.

Good food,not many options but tasty, room service is good,clean room,clean toilet, budget friendly.

It is a very cozy hotel. The staff are very polite and helpful. Breakfast is complimentary. The food is absolutely light and delicious, they seem to have everything on menu and not once were my sister and me told that something on menu isn't available. The geyser is always available. The room had a.c as well as safe fans with lights. Clean and quiet rooms made our work week pleasant as well as relaxed.

We had a worse experience during my brothers marriage ceremony. Nothing was right, all the guest were without AC and light for hours. There was no service at all. The DG was not working. Gulmohar is 20 times better.

I stayed two days with family. But felt disturbed due wedding parties.

Its a very good hotel, perhaps one of the best hotel in Balurghat. The rooms are very spacious. The Surrounding views are very nice. The location is on the highway, slight outskirts of proper Balurghat town. The location might be bit odd for some, But far better than the hotels available inside balurghat town. The hotel staffs are very friendly and well behaved. The room tariff is also budget friendly, considering the room amenities. Rooms are spacious neat and clean
