Mohor Kutir Resorts

Had booked the whole resort for my wedding. Firstly, the resort itself is one of the best in the region, very beautiful and picturesque with lots of garden area and flowers fostering an extremely relaxing atmosphere. Rooms are extremely well designed, some rooms have nice antique designs inside them. To add to this great infrastructure is their staff. Right from the housekeeping staff to the kitchen staff, everyone was extremely helpful and did their work to perfection. Food in the kitchen was really good, and I was surprised to see them nail each and every dish to perfection. Lastly special thanks to Apoorba who was our single point of contact for any issue or query we had. Extremely dedicated employee who resolved all our issues extremely quickly and with a lovely smile :)

We had a great experience at Mohor Kutir Resorts, and the hospitality truly stood out! A special mention to "Saheb, Provat, Ismail, Apurba, and Salman"--their warm and attentive service made our stay even more enjoyable. A small suggestion regarding the suite where we stayed: It would be great to have ceiling fans installed. Surprisingly, the regulators are already there, but no fans! It's a bit funny because sometimes we don't need the AC, and a fan would be a perfect alternative. Also, the washroom is quite spacious, which is great, but a dedicated "shower area" would be really helpful. Since there's enough space, adding one could prevent the entire area from getting wet after a bath, making it more convenient. These are just minor suggestions. Overall, everything was fantastic, and we may visit again!

I stayed at Mohor kutir from 23rd Jan'25 with my family and checked out today (26th Jan'25). A close friend recommended us to stay here and I thank him profusely for making our stay memorable. Our positive experience started right at the time of booking when we booked the Club room. Surabhi at the front desk was extremely supportive in providing every details, very well behaved with a welcoming smile and soft demeanor. The resort is extremely well maintained, clean rooms, super helpful staff, quick service and excellent food. The rooms are spacious and the housekeeping staff take immense care to keep everything clean and tidy. The service staff, mainly Nandagopal worth mentioning appear immediately when called and provide prompt response and resolution. One of my best stays in the past 30 years of my travel. My mother, wife, daughter and son all share the same sentiment.|I thank each and every staff, Sanchalit, Debjyoti to name a couple for making my trip and stay at Mohor Kutir memorable. You guys are amazing, keep up the great service. Will come back soon for my next chapter at Shantiniketan.

The bed is comfortable. So is location. However the overall quality has decreased significantly compared to the other resorts of Santiniketan. The tea during breakfast was not at all palatable. The room in which I stayed didn't have blacked-out curtains. Bit disappointed having stayed here so many times in the past.

This was my second visit at Mohor Kutir. Stayed here from Jan 23rd to 25th. As always, enjoyed a lot. Fresh, neat and clean ambience, punctual room cleaning services with utmost professionalism & politeness. Mr. Debjyoti Dutta, office staff is a nice & polite person helped & guided us a lot to choose perfect room. Canteen Manager, Mr Amit Paul is also a nice helpful person, extended his whole hearted service towards us. The property is maintained efficiently by professional workers. Seasonal flowers were blooming all arround the lawn. Overall, it was a nice & pleasant experience, willing to visit again. Last but not the least, this hotel is pet friendly. Our companion, Coco the beagle enjoyed a lot here.

Mohur Kutir is an attractive resort in an idyllic setting. The resort can surely boast of having one of the best gardens in Bolpur / Ballavpur area, laden with beautiful flowers and spacious lawns. The swimming pool is well maintained.|The quality of the property and the services rendered are exceptional. We are extremely pleased with the ambience, greenery and overall stay at Mohor Kutir.|The staff has provided exceptional services, with a special mention of Mr. Apurba, who has been extremely co-operative and resourceful.|Mohor Kutir is indeed an ideal location for events like destination marriage ceremonies, marriage anniversary parties etc. as well as short vacation getaways.

We (family of four) stayed at Mohor Kutir resort for four days in February 2025 in the Superior Room. Had a lovely experience. The staff service was great and prompt. The amenities were good. I would particularly like to extend my gratitude to Saheb who helped us at almost every step from check in to check out. Will surely visit again.

Excellent resort... Management, staff - (Toofan and Kajol) were extremely good. My parents did flag hosting on Republic day (26th January, 2025) was an amazing experience..
