Hotel Mahamaya Palace

Let me share my experiences. Pros : 1. The cost is good. 2. The location is good, near Frejargaung beach. Cons : 1. Look at the photos. Non-AC rooms are pathetic. 2. Rooms are not clean. 3. Spider nets are everywhere. 4. One Window is broken & no curtain on that. 5. The fan is not clean & the speed is really less. 6. No basic amenities like a towel, a small soap, or anything is provided. I mean they can charge 100-200 extra, but make basic improvements.

Rooms are not clean enough. Clean washroom, one towel, one mirror, dustbin, floor mat and also a clean bedsheet and pillow cover set, blanket with clean cover should be provided in every hotel or resort whether it is a premium or average. I'm disappointed there fan regulator was broken ,fan speed was fixed, there is no curtain in the window , everything was visible through the window,

Very spacious and clean hotel...staff is very supportive and helpful.Nature's ambiance adds unique characteristics in the hotel premises. Very close to all the famous breaches.

Very good property nice place

Nice hotel and nice place to it looks like a resort more than a hotel but it's quite good I must say clean and tidy it also has a nice garden but the actual Bakkhali sea beach is quite distance from here except that everything is fine
