I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Nilachal. I was especially impressed with the friendly and helpful staff, neat and clean rooms, and the overall well-maintained environment, even with common washrooms which were kept very clean. The EV charging facility was a great convenience and definitely a plus point for travelers with electric vehicles. The food quality was decent, but I believe the restaurant could use some upgrades to match the overall service quality of the hotel. Overall, a comfortable and satisfying experience. Would recommend for short stays in the area.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Nilachal. The rooms were spotless, and the staff was very helpful, assisting me with my luggage. The hotel offers WiFi, ample parking and clean toilets. The food was simply delicious. Overall, a fantastic experience highly recommended for a comfortable stay.

We just had our lunch here and it was great. Food Felt like home. Service was very friendly and comforting.

Room are dusty, damp,AC not working asked to change the room. They have have changed but but sorry to say againg the room condition was bad. Staff behaviour not professional especially manager, behave like a rowdy. Although brakfast was complemetary but they have charged for one day.

One of the finest hotel way to Siliguri, Mayapur from Kolkata on NH 12. Food is just awesome just restaurant interior needs to change as per food quality. Parking facility available with EV charging facility. I was impressed on using their common washroom. I recommend this hotel who are going from Kolkata to Mayapur.

Great Location if you are driving and looking to stop for the night. But beware of the following - holes in bedsheet - cockroach in rooms - very small washroom - (very) slow service Food quality and taste was great. EV Chargers available. (2) We stayed in a "Saver Room". This review is based on that experience.
