Ozark Hotel

I usually don't write reviews but this one deserves special mention. One of the best visits i had of a lifetime. Breathtaking view with amazing staff and wonderful ambience. Food is astoundingly delicious. The peace and quiet makes this an unforgettable experience. Do yourself a favour and check this one out. I swear, you won't regret it.

I keep travelling to Purulia. This time i happen to stay at this hotel. Initially i was not sure how it would turn out. But to my pleasant surprise, really appreciate the job they do. Very honest and friendly staff. Great ambience at Affordable price. I am impressed with the kind of service they provide at such cost. Staffs are polite and they make sure the guests are comfortable. Rooms are good and Foods tasty. Highly recommend this hotel. Will visit again on my next trip. Thank you.

While check in time , staff behaviour was good. Rooms were good but toilets were dirty. We booked the whole resort for 2 days. In our 3rd day , while checking out , resort management were forcing us to checked out early. Behaviour of staffs were changed upside down at the end. They overcharged in every possible items. Don't book some kind of entertainment package from them, eventually they will force you to do so. The good thing is ambience. Hotel management will ask you to provide 5 star google review.

The location of the hotel is very good, spacious, open and quiet environment. The rooms are quite big and clean. The night atmosphere is also good, you can enjoy barbeque with music system. But their service is not good. The staff's behavior is polite, but they try to cheat and demand extra charges whenever they get a chance. The quality of the food is also not good, the cooks are not professional. Due to the long distance between the kitchen and the dining area, we had to face problems in serving the food. Sometimes they served less quantity of food and charged extra for it. They served tea in paper cups for not cleaning the cups, although they have ceramic cups in the kitchen. Later, due to not telling all the information correctly, we had to face complications regarding payment. They also force us to give good reviews on social media groups.

Amazing atmosphere, beautiful room, superb decoration and most important part is their service, their behavior, so helpful they are..our son fallen ill, they provided us all kind of service and took us to the hospital at 1am ,I am really grateful to them.. must visit,it's budget friendly

On my last visit to Ajodhya hills, happen to stay at this hotel. Very Good location, perfect ambience, friendly staff and affordable price. I could not have asked for more. Satisfied. Will surely visit again. Keep up the good work Ozark team.

The place is really awesome . The staff are very friendly . And the services they provide are unexpected and surprising. It's really a nice place good to go with friends and family members.
