Awesome ! This motel is so good. As soon as you land in bagdogra and if you are looking for a nice stay and good food, this should be the first place you should visit. Every food item here is so delicious. You must try the english breakfast here. They also have a bakery and its top notch. This place is 10/10 in both stay and food.

All positive reviews of this hotel seem fake - please avoid it at all costs. I was duped by a driver into staying here, and I regret it. Siliguri is a much better option. I don't usually criticize hotels, but my experience here was extremely disappointing. 1. The food is overpriced for in-room service, and the taste doesn't live up to the cost. I've visited many places, but this was a letdown. 2. The staff is polite, which was the only positive aspect. 3. However, while we were having dinner - with a spoon in my hand mid-meal - a staff member asked us to pay immediately, explaining that many guests leave without settling the bill. Unlike other hotels where you pay at checkout, that isn't allowed here. The staff claimed that if a bill is unpaid, the money gets deducted from their salary, which was shocking to hear. 4. The hygiene standards were terrible when we visited. The room was unclean, and there were cigarette burns on the sheets. 5. To make things worse, there were bugs in the room. (Please see the attached photos.) Overall, it was a terrible experience. I would not recommend staying here.

It's a cool choice if you are ok with paying a bit on the higher side for a one night transit stay at places like Siliguri. The decor is tasteful, rooms need a bit more maintenance, service is great. Overall very satisfied.

Not a 5 star hotel but great as far as hotels go. Beyond just the functionality of a hotel it provides a good and comprehensive living experience.

A very posh and elegant hotel, just 2kms from airport. Amazing food and service, specially Vijay (manager) was extremely helpful and always available. The rooms are spacious and clean. Will definitely come again

Average hotel, degraded in last few years. Breakfast quality was not good. Restaurant not recommended for vegetarians. Ordered Veg biryani, but was served pulao. When mentioned about it, the staff tried to give explanation.

The ambience was pleasant Service was good, The dried pork was excellent but the tandoori chicken was disappointing and not cooked properly the noodles was aslo too salty .. happy with the pleasent environment!!

Though mediocre, but it is perhaps one of the best hotel near Bagdogra airport for short stay needed for onwards journey The staff is not trained. Mattresses are not firm
