AIRPORT LODGE

The best hotel I've ever been privileged. I highly recommend AIRPORT LODGE because of its elegant decor of the rooms, top-notch amenities, and high-quality services are the prime attractions of this hotel. I loved it!

Was a bad experience, bad location, cockroaches in the room,no a/c.|Good reviews on booking.com were just not right. Staff hardly spoke English. No amenities.|Should have stayed at nearby Marina Hotel which is what we ate dinner.|Never again

Cockroaches in room, no a/c only loud fan. Staff tried to be accommodating, but English was limited. Run down area. Not a pleasant experience at all

This is an very neat and clean hotel at bagdogra and thet provide cab also for airport drop & airport pick up the staffs and managment team is so good of Airport Lodge I prefer our guest to stay in Airport Lodge always because and their sercive is so fast service from other hotels..........

Very descent behaviour and service of the hotel staffs. Also room and bathroom was so neat and clean. I was there for 1 night it was a good experience overall. Location is also not bad. For entering the hotel 2 mins walk is needed.

The rooms were great and the place looks newly built. It's just surrounded by a slum and then a really nicer hotel next to it. The food they offer isn't great , I went elsewhere. The bathroom was immaculate and nice though.

Staff of the hotel was very nice and polite Room was clean I love it

At the time of booking i was told if i dont like i will get refund I told them we are traveling with 100% handicap person so request for ground floor they told they will look at it and provide 1 room in ground floor When i vist their hotel for check in the rood out side hotel was under construction and other side road is full of drunk people which is not good for family so i call them and explain the whole thing but they are like this is not our problem and cheated us knowingly i am traveling with handicap and not send me advance back please never trust them they are cheaters
