The rooms are large enough for 3 people to easily accommodate. Clean and organized rooms. The staff's were very well behaved and polite and their service were also very good..they served good quality food with variety of items. Overall very good experience.

Excellent place. Awesome surroundings. Courteous staff. Very tasty and homely food with ample portions and multiple servings. An ideal place to sit idle, relax, walk, eat, sleep and spend quality leisure time. Will visit again.

Very well behaved, down to earth staffs. Food is superb. Resort is little bit in an isolated area not to see much but it's an ideal place if you are looking for a peaceful, family outing. I absolutely loved it. Will visit again if possible

The rooms are really big and well designed. Food quality is good. What I felt was that the quantity of food is very limited and staff are reluctant to serve any non listed simple food on request. We requested them to prepare 'Payesh' only for 7 people to celebrate the birthday of one of our crew members. They didn't even respond. So the property is a very good location wise. You can go ahead with this property.

Untouched, serene nature, eco-friendly cottages, freshly cooked homely food (made to order) served by motivated workers who are always enquiring if they can offer you more to add to your experience. Indulge into adventure sports, angling, visit the Tilaboni hill or simply sit by the Futiyari Dam and enjoy the flora and fauna. Dragon flies, butter flies, bumble bees and many other extinct fauna can be seen in abundance here. Enjoy fresh organic vegetables, made to order, grown in the resort's kitchen garden. The workers here are so humble and always ready to serve, they will make you feel special. The owner too is a great human being, he knows what we need and he ensures that all arrangements are in place so we, the visitors, have a great experience. Worth and value for money vis a vis experience earned! Very highly recommended to all nature lovers!

My experience here was wholesome. The place was so soothing, peaceful and the food was extremely homely. I was flabbergasted by the beautiful views. The rooms were extremely comfortable and worth the stay. The cherry on the cake was many adventurous games for the sporty souls. The best part is that they have their own farm and poultry .

Homely atmosphere with caring groundstaffs in the lap of nature

stayed here a week back and it was so amazing, very comfortable spacious rooms, great scenery, very nice and helpful staff and the food ..the food was the most delicious food I've ever had on a vacation... definitely worth it
