ROSHAN HOTEL

First of all the room conditions was very pathetic. Very small room with very old window AC operated by reception. TV was non functional. Cockroachs are roaming through out the bathroom. In ac room no geyser available and the window was broken. The most terrifying experience I had was uncertain power cut. During night there was no one to put generator service. I have to wait the complete time of load shedding in dark. No fooding system. Hotel tariff was very high in respect to service and room quality. No telephone in room and reception never picks call. No lift facility.
