Stayed at Payel Inn while attending a marriage and had a pleasant experience. The hotel has around 30-35 rooms spread across 6 floors. There's a spacious indoor hall and a terrace, making it ideal for functions like weddings. The 5th-floor restaurant offered a great buffet breakfast with tasty food. Rooms and common areas were neat and clean, and the service was prompt and courteous. Its location is a big plus, right near the railway station and close to the main market. Overall, a great place to stay or host events.

We had a wonderful stay. All employees are very helpful especially Mr. Pradip, who is always ready to look to into your needs. Quality of food is excellent and there is a lot of variety to pick from. Location is an added advantage at a walking distance from ASN Railway Station. A very much recommended place to stay in Asansol.

Rooms are quiet and ambience is too good. All staffs specially reception area Mr. Saurabh and Mr. Sabbir are most humble and ready to help and supportive. Amazing property at Asansol! Rooms are very clean, food quality is awesome and personally I loved the gym. I was there for two nights and both the days I spent good time at gym, very clean and well equipped.|Mr. Pradeep Singh at Front Office is highly professional and caring.||I strongly recommend the hotel due to its overall super services. It's located just opposite to railway station. And is amidst of Mall with all the shopping options.

I am in Sales profession used to visit West Bengal frequently. Asansol got a very good Hotel nearby railway station named Payel Inn. It is one of the best Hotel I have seen in West Bengal, right from Staff, foods, hospitality and hygiene. Everything is up to the mark. Front office Saurav Chand recognise me evertime it feels like a family bonding with hotel. I am frequently visiting this hotel since January 2024 and till now never got disappointed.

Awesome stay at the hotel. Pillows are comfortable than others i have tried in the area. ||Breakfast is the best with so many options available & MAP menu if the best and most affordable thing in the hotel that attracts my attention. ||Location is front of railway station so really accessible.

Located nearby Railway station with premium vicinity unlike the normal crowded, nasty and dirty railway junction areas hotels are, and possibly this is the only best point this property can earn. But rooms are abysmally small, with hardly any space for two persons to walk or sit. Room service is good, and so food. But breakfast has very limited options, may be room occupancy dependent. If room space is improved ,it can be considered as one of the good options in Asansol.
