OYO Flagship Vatika Hotel

No one thirdclass hotel. No manners and rude behavior all staff.. Recently visited this hotels with my family I have just horrible experience. Please request to everyone don't go this hotel... Sanjay shaw hotel receptionist this guy like a don of this area. Before I have already paid 734 advanced online booking through oyo.We are reached this hotel and check rooms . Rooms are very dirty and cloth also. after 10 mins I said we will not stay here and please return our id cars so Mr. Shaw said okay but full payment must be made then I said why??? Literally this guy said to me "tere chasma utar lenge " After One of us snatched the phone. And trying to touch us. I have notice there no hotel personal system or computer and any received copy . I have also request to everyone for any couple or friends group or family please don't go this hotel.. I have just horrible experience.

Hotel was very dirty there were cobwebs( making ka jala) all around the room full of mosquitoes and they didn't give us all out. Bedsheets and blankets were so dirty. Food was pathetic and the staff was very rude. Bathroom was too small and dirty. Not good for family. It was not of oyo standard oyo pls remove this hotel from your list.

do not accept online payment on booking from oyo and do not give room if the price on oyo is reduced. minimum price should be one thousand only then you will get room. overall good experience

Best Hotel @ This Price Range. Please Come & Visit. Near Kalyaneshwari Mandir. Near Dubudih Checkpost. Everything Is Available. Internet+Accomodations Welcome Drinks Good Staffs Restaurant Is Also There. Very Much Convenient Altogether A Great Hotel To Stay Here In Maithon

I just booked two. Rooms from Oyo... called the hotel manager for directions ...no idea why he is using slang languages...why this harassment.

Dont book this hotel please remove this hotel from oyo this hotel is not safe for anyone hotel manager behaviour is so rude. And this is not safe and comfortable for anyone.

Nice hotel for couple and family i suggest to all stay there..staff behavior is great over happy and safe stay
