A good place to host any function. Staffs were unfriendly but rooms were nice.

One of the worst place I have been to. I am a nearby visitor only. Just thought to have one night out with my best friend and family. Experience1. They tried to loot you with a variation on booking amount on website and once you checked in they will say no we have a different higher price. Room quality is toooooo bad. Service is worst then even expected. Some night room attendant called Amit's/Ankit behaviour is too worst. We have asked for an extra blanket just the given blanket is not enough. His tone is something like threatening. We don't provide any extra blanket and bla bla bla . I will never recommend this hotel ever. They don't know how to treat your customers. 0 rating

Liked everything about my visit. Staff were a great help and welcoming. Will be booking again soon for the weekend with my family. Keep up the hard work and well see yous soon again. My girlfriend and daughter also had a great time we all wish we could have stayed longer. Due to work commitments we couldn't unfortunately. Breakfast was also amazing. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I am talking about the bar in this review. This place is nearly at the center of the town. The prices are nominal. The staff.. they are not at all helpful. You have to call them multiple times before they attend you. Sometimes they ignore you as well and busy on doing something of their own. The place is fully closed and smoking is allowed inside so it tends to get smoky inside and you'll feel suffocating. Centralised AC is there but it doesn't work i believe. Once i also find a mice going over my feet which kind of gave me a heartattack but thankfully survived it. When I discussed the same with the staffs their reaction was normal as if it's common there. Earlier they used to charge your card twice, seperately for the food and liquor bill, something new that I've experienced here. Talking about the plus point apart from the price is the food. The food is good, I didn't expected that but it is good. I have tried multiple items and they are comparatively good with respect to others in that segment. There is a different section if you are going with your girl and wants to drink.

The place is at a very prominent place and is visible from a long distance long the main road. The hotel has a separate restaurant as well as a bar. Both are quite well serviced and clean. However, the attitude of the waiters there could be improved. Overall, due to its prominent placement near every mode of transport available, this is a good hotel for business travellers

I have stayed in Executive lanal room for 1 night. I found the room was not at all maintained & very dusty. Washroom was also an area which needs attention to upkeep. Very ordinary room with noisy environment as this property is situated beside the main road. Quality of food is very good sufficient quantity. ||Breakfast was not buffet & you need to opt for from a very limited options. Better don't book your plan with breakfast. ||There's no tea/coffee maker present in the room. I have requested to serve my tea early & I will not take my tea with breakfast. They made it very clear that I have to pay for anything I order. ||Improvement in attitude is a must to maintain a good relationship with customer.||Totally unsatisfied & it would be my last option to stay in Asansol.

Centrally located good place

Ordered food at 8.30pm to serve at 9.30pm. almost 11.pm. no food at my room. Called at 11.pm. served at 11.30. intentionally I didn't called at 10. Pm. Wanted to know their service... worst ever in my life. Normally I stay in hotels 15 days in a month as official tour...I find best service in mynmar border of India ..part of Mizoram where foods are so costly..but service was excellent..
