OYO 74457 Nilanjana Lodage

Staff was very nice and friendly. Shared facilities were very clean. The most expensive room, "de Luxo", is nice but the room I was told is the one referred on booking as Deluxe room is awful with an old air conditioning system that is too loud. It should be updated. From the prices I was told, it does not make sense the difference in price between the rooms. The difference should be at least 30% and not a 5-10%. When arriving to the hotel the room did not match the photos on my booking reservation. I was told I had booked a standard room when I complained upon arrival and was given another room as an upgrade. However when I checked on booking my reservation was for a Deluxe Double Room with photos matching my alleged upgraded room. I thought I was given the right room and that someone had made a mistake by giving me the prior one. I was shocked at the check out when told I was going to be charged a difference because the Deluxe room was different from the "De Luxo" category I had stayed in. If that is the case the hotel MUST update the photos of the Deluxe Double room since they match the ones of the "de luxo" category and not the alleged standard one. I was left without understanding the room categories because I thought there were 3: standard, Deluxe and apartment but at the check out I was told the Deluxe double room was different from the De luxo category, so they must have 4 kinds of rooms. Can't imagine what the standard room looks like if the Deluxe was the one I was given initially.

Though photos do not properly represent the property the kind of service we received was just near perfect. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were well behaved.

Very hopeless place, owner did not keep the room even after paying in advance via oyo. Then redirected to other hotel the The Moon. The owner of othe room was rude on call and kept saying call oyo for support and he cannot help. Very bad experience! Never choose these hotels instead go for international once.

When booked through OYO, they coerce the customers into booking offline by saying that they don't take OYO bookings anymore. Please, double check before you book through OYO. And the place is shady in some sense. Keep your eyes and ears open when u get there.

Wrost of the wrost hotel ...not working on oyo ...they do offline business...and the wrost part is they lock the entire hotel from outside whenever receptionist is outside
