OYO 28631 Hotel Parbati International

Experience is horrible , I had booked a room after seeing the pictures in the website for my guest on 11th april 2025 . The pictures shown no way matches with the reality , the person at the reception says if you book online we need to pay commission so this is what we give . Non cooperative people , I called up IBIBO customer care they told me that the room would be changed but nothing of this sort happened so I had to book another room in a different hotel. Please do not go by the website pics they match nowhere . The curtains have not been washed for ages and are all worn out. Just bad . I have shared the actual photos . Please think twice before booking if you are not interested to get a shock .

I stayed here from 19 to 21 Nov 2018. Disappointing stay. Not worth the money. The rooms and corridors have a stinking smell. Electrical fittings improper.Toilets floors are not properly cleaned. Linens and blankets are dirty. No complimentary water. Complimentary breakfast is given. Hotel manager has an utterly casual attitude. The hotel just opposite named Excellency, where I stayed on 18 November 2018, gave a far better feel and good hospitality. I would recommend that one experience the Excellency hospitality.

This incident happened in 14th Sept 2023. Mishra acted as a Don. The Receptionist. Behaviour is very bad. I have booked from goibibo but they failed to provide me the room as AC was not working & alloted some other room & charged 500 cash from me and never gave me any bill. Even Mr.Mishra told me not to make any online payment. It might happened that he is taking some kind commission from me which hotel management was not aware of it

The welcome is not good. When I arrived I found that they booked the room and I found that hotel boys are still inside my room doing some meeting. After 10 mins waits they made my room empty. They have not serve any Tandoori item, but in the menu card tandoori items. In complimentary breakfast no one is there to attend the guests. Other than this it's a nice stay. Rooms are quite good with all adequate facilities. Linen are cleaned properly.

This hotel is good for budget travelers and short stay tours. The rooms are spacious with basic amenities and hot water supply. The beds are clean but the blankets are full of dust with no white sheet enclosing it. The air conditioning is good but the remote sensors don't work properly. They provide complimentary breakfast but the breakfast is just ok. The attached restaurant is good with quality food. Overall an average hotel for short trips.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Parbhati during my vacation, and I must say that it was an excellent experience overall. From the moment I arrived until the day of my departure, the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
