From the moment I checked in, it was clear that this hotel falls well below even basic standards. Here's a detailed breakdown of my experience: 1. **No Room Phone**: The room didn't have a phone, which made it impossible to contact the front desk or room service without physically going downstairs. This is a basic amenity that even budget hotels provide, and its absence was highly inconvenient. 2. **Faulty Tap**: The bathroom tap was not functioning properly. Even when turned off, water continued to drip, which was not only annoying but also a waste of water. It felt like the maintenance was completely neglected. 3. **Jammed Bathroom Door**: The bathroom door was jammed, making it difficult to open and close. It was frustrating to deal with such a basic issue, especially when you're paying for what is supposed to be a comfortable stay. 4. **Pathetic Locking System**: The room locking system was outdated and unreliable. Instead of a modern card system, they use old-fashioned keys, which felt unsafe and inconvenient. Every time I left the room, I had to manually switch off all the lights and appliances, as there was no central control system. This was incredibly inconvenient and not what you'd expect from a hotel that claims to be 3-star. 5. **Below Average Service**: The service was subpar, to say the least. The staff seemed indifferent and unresponsive to basic requests. There was no sense of hospitality or willingness to address issues, which made the stay even more unpleasant. 6. **Overpriced for the Quality**: The tariff was surprisingly high for the quality of the hotel. It felt like I was paying for a 3-star experience but receiving something far worse. The value for money was simply not there. 7. **Suspicious Online Ratings**: I noticed that the hotel has 4-star ratings on platforms like Goibibo and MakeMyTrip, which seems highly suspicious given the actual condition of the hotel. It makes me question the authenticity of those reviews, the rating is fraud and misleading. Overall, Hotel Signature Asansol is a below-average hotel with poor facilities, lackluster service, and an unjustifiably high price. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would advise travelers to look for better options in the area. My experience was far from satisfactory, and I would rate it 1 star at best.

We had a get-together here, and the food was awesome! The service was on point too. Plus, it's in a great spot and super easy to get to by different transport options.

Shareing my experience at signature restuarant cum bar tomorrow. Ordered chicken drumsticks which teast like frozen, even chicken bone are teast very very bad. Also we order fish items with kulcha..both are very good.

Visited their banquet and noticed their staffs are not at all mannered don't know how to talk with guests, I won't mention their names but they were very rude to the guests they were talking in a manner people talk in bhandaras not a good hotel employee. Really need to train their staffs or change them. The signature is a good hotel nice ambience but as soon as their employees starts talking (those who serve in banquets) to guests it's look like we came to local street side stalls.

Amazing food and service. Proper guest teatment. Also the lawn is perfect for major events. Ours was great with Signatures own catering.

This is one of the best hotel as per rate and location plus food. From the reception to service everyone helped us and was friendly.

Went there in the Durga Puja, services were not that fast may be coz of huge rush on puja times. All over good place for dine-in. Live music was also there on the rooftop. Atmosphere was too good.
