Very nice hotel at affordable rates..rooms are spacious.staffs are very cooperative but I would request hotel owner to keep regular maintenance of rooms in hotel becz some room geysors,toilet jet was not working.rest everything was good

The most horrific experience I had in my life. The owner in an absolute money monger. I booked the entire hotel for 1 day. The hotel is supposed to be ready by 12:00 pm as per check in time. We reached at 4:30 pm, and they said only 3 rooms are ready and other rooms will be available only after 5:30 pm. They probably took other bookings so other rooms were dirty. I requested only to give 3 rooms and cancel other 3 rooms. Though the staff behaviour was not bad owner's behaviour was hideous. I will attach the link to all the call recordings I had with the owner. Be wise and Decide yourself if you want to choose this unsafe location as your next destination for the good time you are looking for. I will attach the call recordings. I had around 8 guests who checked in that day. I have other experiences, photos and proofs also which are coming over the next few days. EDIT: I am uploading the call recording. Let the people decide. Your aggression shows your professionalism. I would request everyone reading this review to listen to the call recording and give this hotel a 1 star rating. So that they cannot fool anyone else in the future. Such a fraud hotel, you cannot play with consumer money. I have given 2000 rupees advance. How can I do fraud? Stop cheating customers. It will do no good to your business.
Very Good Experience. I booked 10 rooms for one day on 24.04.24. Received great hospitality from the staff of this hotel. Rooms are very neat and clean. Big spacious rooms with chill AC. Good management. Extremely satisfied. Good and safe place.
Edit: All my reviews are genuine with all the details. To maintain your rating you are inducing fake 5 star reviews. Some person said he has booked 10 rooms and 5 star review. Your hotel only has 6 rooms. Come on man! Be truthful.... About your misbehaviour, let people decide. Finally, why did you remove your initial response? Didn't your staff say only 3 rooms are ready and other 3 rooms will take 1 hour to be ready? Didn't my guest had to wait 30 mins in the lobby? ____________________________ Though owner has edited his initial response to my earlier review, it is important for everyone to know how this owner behaves with their customer. I have visited many places around the world. Never expected that the worst behaviour will come from a local place. Though I have the screenshot, google does not allow me to upload the screenshot. So I am doing OCR on top and uploading the text replied earlier by the owner. I had planned to book this hotel completely for 4 more days the the first day. But thanks to the harsh behaviour of the owner very only few guests suffered, not all. You need to understand that you are not doing a favour to the people who are booking your hotel with their hard earned money. We could only use the hotel rooms for 2 hours which we were supposed to use for the entire night. The owner deliberately induced power-cut for 6 times within those 2 hours in a hot summer day. Though I have booked 6 AC rooms, AC never got a chance to start. Seeing which, the women of our family got scared. If this can happen in daytime, what could have happened if it was night. This place is definitely not safe. I have drained Rs. 7000 for 2 unfortunate hours and due to the extremely bad behaviour of the owner my important guests had to suffer. They were made to wait in the lobby for more that 30 mins. The rooms were not ready at 4:30 pm. There were no miscommunication. Even if the owner tries to misguide you saying there was a miscommunication, there was no miscommunication. If you listen to the call recording, you will understand. Google does not allow uploading call recording to the reviews. So, I could not upload it here. But I have a Youtube channel. The minimum thing you could have done is to accept your mistake. Instead you chose to call your customer Fraud and Cheat. You cannot keep cheating people by posting fake 5 star reviews. If your services are bad, like it happened to me people are going to expose those. BELOW IS THE REPLY POSED INITIALLY BY THE OWNER: Hotel The Aparna Residency, Lodge and Restuarant (owner) 56 minutes ago This man is a fraud is man booked 6 room in my hotel for 2 days and paid only Rs.1000/- as advance. Then on that day we called him twice but he was not sure whether he is coming or not. For him I had to cancel all new bookings for two days. Suddenly his guest arrived at 4.30 pm and they were not paying the rest amount. All my rooms were ready.Then this man started to do drama that he only need 3 rooms. He called me and I told him that I did not take any bookings for two days and you cant cancel 3 rooms on your own wish at the end moment. There was hot talk between us over phone. This man is a big cheat. He finally paid for 1 day but did not pay for the next day and he did not even come but i had to keep my bookings close for him on the next day. This man is such a big cheat. He cheated me and i had to bear loss for him as he did not pay anything for the next day and i could not take any bookings on that day for those 6 rooms. This man should be penalised. I will tell the hotel association of asansol to be aware of such fraud person and not to give any rooms in future.
Great experience. Some people are just giving fake reviews due to some personal problem. This is a good place. Large rooms within budget. Best in class
I do agree with Abhijit. I would not go into monetery things but my wife was there as a guest of Abhijit and had a horrific experience that day. How come a pre booked room does not remain ready at 4:30 in the evening where as the check in time is 11 in the morning. Staff were pushing to keep ac switched off in this terrible heat saying it will trip their system if ran in parallel. Why someone will give AC room fare where hotel is insisting to keep AC off. Not safe for ladies at all that is what I can say as they could not stay for more than a few hours. There were 4 ladies checked in on that day who literally frightened to leave that day as the evening progresses.Hospitality is a big issue and management should also look after such issues. I have visited many places in India but never seen such hospitality which I get here. Saying someone fraud or cheat is easy, would suggest the owner to look after security first, then counter other things. If you are not happy with booking amount, cancel it on the spot, why to harrous people at last moment, specially the ladies who went for check in. There are many far more better hotels in the surrounding to check in for in that case. You will also remain happy cancelling the same, so as the customer from your hospitality.
This place is one of the worst places I have ever seen. Though I lived many years in Asansol but I left Asansol few years back. I was there for my friend's wedding and my friend booked the rooms for his guests including me. But at the date of booking the rooms were not ready till 4.30pm. All the guests were very tired and wanted some rest so my friend cancelled the reservation there and booked another hotel, although he paid for the rooms for that day.I never imagined that a hotel owner can be this irresponsible and rude until I met this hotel owner. I would never recommend anyone this hotel in my right mind.
Really it was a very good experience. The behavior of the staff was really nice... I had been stayed in this hotel for two days.. Trust me this hotel is trustworthy....
