Hotel RL Palace

Staff behaviour was good. But they did not even provide us for drinking water. Rooms were okay. It took 1800 rs, but according to the rooms it should have charged 1100. Flush was broken. Don't use the restaurant if you want some homely foods and if ur budget is moderate, otherwise it will cost you an arm and leg. Restaurant is on warning side.

Very bad service. Lift not work. Rooms are not maintained properly. Not cleaned. No proper response of stuff.

Worst customer service.....and waiters don't know how to behave with customers..... worst place to visit...i highly recommend everyone to visit any other restaurant but not R L palace From personal experience

Rooms are nicely maintained, service is also quite good, and the behaviour of employees is so humble.. Food is expensive, position wise it's also prime .

Worst Hotel I have ever seen, the management is not good and the staffs are very rude with their behaviour. You can not stay there as an unmarried couple together, according to them, it is against their policy. But you can take 2 different rooms for yourself if you are going as a couple The restaurant facility is also not available, you have to go outside to eat good food. Do not go to this hotel !

Nice budget hotel. Pros - 1.Clean room bedecked with glossy tiles and vibrant paints. 2.Room was furnished with wardrobe, divan, table etc. They provide with warm blankets and clean towel. 3.All modern amenities like AC, TV, cable connection were provided. 4.Bathroom was equipped with water heater and all types of contemporary sanitary wares.Its clean and well maintained. Complimentary toiletries like soap,shampoo sachet were given too. 5.Breakfast was complimentary. Bf,lunch and dinner - all were served at room.Food was tasty and within reasonable tariff.Chinese,Indian,Mughal - all kinds of dishes are available. 6.Staffs are polite and helpful.They are always at service at any hour of the day. 7.Equipped with modern elevator service. The lobby and hallway is capacious and embellished with tiles and furniture. 8.Very conveniently located near town centre,with transport available 24 hours. Cons- 1.No free wifi. 2.No provision for room heater or thermos. 3.No car parking facility. 4.No attached balcony 5.Hotel is cramped between buildings,so no access to sunlight or any view.
