Hotel Residency

Avoid this hotel at all costs! My experience was extremely disappointing. The hotel suffered from frequent power outages. The bed sheets were dirty, and the room was unhygienic. The toilet was in poor condition, reminiscent of a public railway.

Very bad Hotel, room is like a dustbin, bathroom is very dirty.. high cost, staff are very rude,.. horrible experience...

Worst experience.Very very bad hotel with bad behaviour of hotel staff. We booked rs 1000/room for 9.30pm to 10am. But Dirty room , broken bed, dirty unhygienic,broken window toilet with over price room rent and alltime say payment first then check in. Attached Toilet window,room window all broken, there is no privacy. Very rude suspicious dangerous hotel manager and staff boy.dont book this hell not hotel .They forcefully charge extra Rs.50/- in name of GST with no proper GST bill,they manually write on paper. Overall avoid this garbage hotel in asansol. Google map photo of hotel and actual hotel photo is totally different.Do not stay here.Most below Third class hotel. Don't stay there... Don't ever..

Worst experience of all time, beds in room are broken, there is no service in the name of service, RUDE AND ABUSIVE STAFF, don't recommend to anyone. Price is also comparatively to other hotels in the are... each furniture in the room is boken, toilet has no shower, no soap and shampoo even was provided.. AT THE TIME OF CHECK OUT demanded extra money even after paying all the amount befor check-in. PLEASE REFER OTHER HOTELS IN THE AREA.

I rented a 600 rupees room. But when I checked out they said I have to pay an extra GST 12% iTel I don't want a GST bill but they said ,you don't want a GST bill you have to pay at least 50 rupees for no reason. And they take 50 rupees forcefully . I had a very bad experience in this hotel

Average experience. They've charged the room rent at beginning . Also felt they've over charged. I had booked a room for 600 RS the room video I'll provide later. Anyway giving 3 star because of good location (2 star) and average behavior (1 star). This is 2/3 star hotel and I didn't expect 5 star service but they didn't provide any soap/ handwash, mosquito repellent blah blah blah.. just room changed bed cover and toilet spray that's it.

Worst hotel, worst behaviour,Extra amount charged in the name of GST during check out.No water supply in morning, Electricity cut in night.. Never ever go.
