Hotel ispat International

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service and management at your establishment. I had booked three suite rooms for a family function, accommodating nine guests (six adults and three kids), and paid 40% of the booking amount in advance via cash. However, two days later, I received a call from your reception informing me that the rooms I booked were already reserved by someone else in September and were not available for my booking. This is completely unacceptable. Instead of honoring the booking or providing a suitable alternative, I was forced to downgrade to executive rooms with small beds that were entirely inadequate for two people. When I requested a cancellation due to this inconvenience, I was further inconvenienced by being asked to return on another day to collect my refund in cash. This entire experience demonstrates poor communication, lack of proper booking management, and a complete disregard for customer convenience. As a paying customer, I expect reliability, transparency, and professionalism, none of which were delivered. I strongly urge your management to: Implement a proper booking system to avoid such double-booking issues. Ensure that customer commitments are honored without compromise. Process refunds promptly and without requiring additional effort from customers. This experience has left me extremely disappointed and hesitant to consider your services in the future.

Hotels are old, renovation done. Room size are little small,nothing in name of lobby and reception is also small.clumsy rooms but service is good, room services , most accessories provided from toiletries , hand towels , electric kettle, small refrigerator ranc and everything u thought off except dust bin in toilet. You can hear the sound of next room toilet from your bedroom , you might feel someone is in your toilet.

Poor service and complete thugs. I had to give extra money because of their hidden loopholes. The rooms were dirty and linen and bedsheets including pillow covers were dirty. Room charges are very high compared to quality of rooms they provide. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Also, they make some kind of drama during checkout like this tea is chargeable and not included in your MAP. Mineral water was extra and not included in MAP. All kinds of excuses they give to charge you extra money. Pathetic thugs.

In this hotel you will pay 2k rupee only for a singe oyo tye room and staff and manager's behaviour is like they are the boss They are charging too much money for this kind of room Inside the Room room is smells like something creepy

I used to stay in hotel ispat during my to tours in 2007 to 2010 because of their hospitality and food.I came here after 14 years feeling proud to say that still their hospitality and quality of food is best in asansol. moreover the involvement of cmd Mr mukherjee is really commendable.meeting with Mr himadri Mukherjee was a lifetime experience. I recommend and wish ispat international to grow further to achive another milestone.congratulations Mr Mukherjee for keeping your commitment towards highest level of hospitality.

Without your permission they will shift your unpacked luggage in your presence with duplicate keys. Think twice before coming. Credit goes to the staff Kiran Shil.

I have to go to Asansol occasionally for office work and my first priority was Hotel Ispat for loadging. I am bound to say that I will not book this hotel next time. The room service and bathroom cleanliness of the suite room provided to me is very poor. And the mobile charging unit location is not proper. I asked for a plate, but after several times follow-up I have not received it. Also breakfast is not available before 8:10AM. Oneday I wanted a dental kit, but didn't provide it, when I asked receptionist he said it is extra chargeable. I have thought this is a hotel or lodge. Suggest to all guest don't book this hotel now.

I Was Booked a room No-214. Bathroom is very bad Condition & Then i will change my Room -304. Here it's problem is AC is not Working/Cooling properly. I am Frustrating this kind of Service. Faltu Ka Drama hogya. I will tell everyone don't book this Hotel. Very Bad Service. Staff Behaviour is Average......
