Today i visited golden orbit for dinner They asked me to wait 30 mins for the food but the food arrived after 1.5 hrs and after all this they served butter chicken which was not properly cooked and a bit raw. I called the manager and they gave their condolences regarding the issue but charged the full amount for the butter chicken in which not a single piece was consumed. The Golden Orbit Ruined My Day Don't Ruin Yours.

No waiters in restaurant neither any staff at reception bothered to look after. Even if you leave there, nobody is there to regret or feel sorry. No point in visiting there with family. Located at prime location but because of there attitude i think, no Customer available

I have had dinner over there. Service and food quality was nice. Overall very nice visiting there but liquor is not available.

Food quality was very bad , panner gone bad , everything is very spicy we told the chief many times. Price was ok.

We had come from Kolkata for an engagement ceremony which was held in golden orbit. Seeing the ambience we decided to book a room and stay the night there. The room and washroom was very neat and tidy. Just the way we wanted it to be. The behaviour of the staff was very courteous and friendly. Overall a good place to up.
