Hotel Chatterjee International - Luxury Hotels in Asansol

I am visiting 2nd time, So let's start the review. The reception guys behavior may disappointed you, the way of interact not so friendly. Reception is a ground floor & rooms is at 4th floor, they will handover the key & you have to alone nobody will guide you. But the service guys were awesome, very polite & prompt. May be they didn't wear proper attire (half pant) but you will be happy with their smiley welcome. Rooms are spacious, clean enough, interior decoration & color is nice. AC, water heater works fine. Bedsheets, towels are clena. So it's Recomendable

Awesome place to stay not too costly, rooms were big, nice and clear. Staff service was good too. Fooding is also available here.

Located in the heart of the market providing small but cozy rooms were exactly what I found here. In some cases the walls were stained and on request my room was changed. Bathrooms are generally clean but comode was not the brightest. Prompt service is definitely a plus. Just one thing I cannot avoid to mention is that the towels and the bed sheets were not really clean at first, but was arranged upon request. Food was not very tasty and had an overusage of red chillies. Overall, a pleasant stay for a noght or two.

This hotel is located above the IndusInd bank. The rooms are clean enough and the behaviour of the person is very polite. Price is quite high but services are great. The place is located beside the main road and it is easily noticeable from the normal traffic.

Spacious rooms...good service....but no kitchen...food are given from outside restaurant.....5-7 mins auto to railway station.10-12 mi s from bus stand. Has geyser...there is a alcohol shop just 3 mins walk from the hotel.

Good reasonable hotel with good service. Big clean rooms and toilet at Rs.1300 is really attractive. Card payment is accepted. Food has to improve. But not bad.

This hotel is situated to main road.Management is good.Lift service not provided during night telling that it is not working but morning 0645 hrs provided,it is seems to be miracle or may be casual attitude to me. Resturent is not there but food was provided from out . Thanks.
