Hotel Asansol International

We stayed in Hotel Asansol International from 30th August, 2024 to 1st September, 2024 in a family room at 3rd floor. The room was clean, hygienic and quite big to accomodate 4 (3 adults and 1 child). The good part is they arranged beforehand an extra single bed for our daughter, for all of us to have a very comfortable stay. |The behavior of each and every stuff is very nice and they are always helpful. The front desk helped us get a very reliable contact through which we managed to get a car for our close by travels all day - like visiting Chittaranian, Kalyaneshwari Temple, Maithon Dam, Panchet Dam, Baranti lake and historic Gar Panchakot. |The food quantity, quality and price wise was just awesome - fully satisfied. The complimentary breakfast was also having lots of quality dishes and options to try out. To summarize, in every aspect, Hotel Asansol International was exceptional in providing it's service. We will come back here again in future, as all of us were fully satisfied.

The place is advertised as a 3 star it fails to meet the expectations. The room allotted to me was not upto the mark in standard considering it's as executive. When I first v booked it showed me as standard room but later it became executive with higher price. The breakfast was okay but not upto the mark. Location wise it's bang on the high way does not have a compound wall making it look like low standard road side hotel. The interior is good and lobbies are kept clean and neat. Room service never answers the phone yo have to call front desk to communicate your requirements always.

Amazing Hotel & Outstanding Service.The Rooms are very clean and they maintain hygiene also.. The staff are also very helpful..We are two times visit this hotel.The food was very tasty. I will go again next time.

I stayed at this hotel for a night on 9th March 2025. Taken single room (320), room was really good, well maintained. Taken dinner in room that was also good but in spite of several requests to reception their WiFi was out of order, once first told about this to reception then receptionist told that due to lot of corporate guest presence and for their heavy usage internet might slow but it has never worked before my check out. It is anyway manageable by using data on mobile but room ac was not working, at night it was not required so I had not tried but in morning when i tried to fix room temp at 20c /21c, then i saw it was not working, I informed this to reception on Monday morning but he has not send anyone to fix this. I think they known that internet and ac is not working in that room and so never tried to fix it. In very few hotel I had seen such type of careless reception staff, who really don't care for customers complaints. Breakfast has not much variety but it was okay. I shall try not to book this hotel again if I have to visit Asansol.

Very nice place. Probably the best hotel in Asansol. Great rooms, clean with all amenities. They have their bar, restaurant, swimming pool, party lawn, conference halls and a lot of parking space. The lobby is also very welcoming and their hallways are also very pretty and have a very nice carpet.

Hotel Asansol International is the first three star hotel in the steel and coal belt of Sonar Bangla i.e. Asansol since 1987 & continues to keep its legacy. Nestled at the heart of the city, its location facilitates access to the airport, railway station, bus stops, hospitals, shopping complexes & temples.

Rooms are specious, clean. Staffs are quite helpful, breakfast is very good. Overall very good hotel & difficult to find any negative thing. Not very near to rail station, but easily accessible from rail station by local auto. Parking facility is there.
