Rooms have hot water that is locked from the reception they never ask clients until complains ! Top 2 floor have hotel , rest of the floors are mostly empty dark and hunted ..

The water heating system is horrible - they operate the geysers in rotation. It's NOT centrally heated water system. We had to change the room which led to a lot of delay for us to get ready for the marriage ceremony we attended. They're aware of the same and need to upgrade immediately. There was a gap between the walls seperating the rooms - someone was smoking in the next room and the entire smoke entered ours! They should make it a non-smoking hotel. The rooms, toilets (although very small) and overall service was okay.

This is the worst hotel in the whole world where there is not even one single fan in the whole hotel with the bathrooms having the most toxic smell not even a small place to shower properly. The shower is literally above the commode with no space to even move. I would strictly advise nobody to stay here as it's the worst hotel and they will scam your money.

I visited Asansol last week with my family for some personal work and chose this property, and I am glad that I did so. It it nice and clean and relatively new ( approx 1 year old ), centrally located on Sen Raleigh Road, close to Bhagat Singh statue on GT Road. ||||The Executive rooms are very nice with ample space for 3 persons and have good views. One of the room walls was entirely framed in glass, so as to offer a great view. The staff was very well mannered and amiable. It is recommended that you book the property directly by calling the reception rather than online booking via the travel portals. ||||The In House dining experience was also good with very tasty food being served. The hotel offers a banquet hall suitable for 300-350 pax.

The hotel employees are unhelpful and exhibit a very unpleasant attitude. You won't enjoy being there. Never order food from room service.
