The Citi Residenci, Asansol

I pretty much liked this place a good ambience good food clean rooms a little late but overall a good service and best affordable price compared to other 3 star hotels

Negatives:|1. Told us we cannot record videos for YouTube: Once we were shown our rooms, it looked different from what we saw online. So I called reception to confirm that we have been allotted rooms in the correct category I booked. Next, they called back saying, we cannot make videos for YouTube. It is not allowed, as per their policy.||We were disappointed as we were making a series of our travel from Delhi to Kolkata, with many stops in between. Most hotels facilitate your filming process, but this hotel is different. So if you like making videos, avoid this hotel.||2. Staff should be trained to be more polite.|3. The staff at the restaurant was like, please don't sit in that section. I asked, why? She thought for a while, then said, it is booked. |4. Bathrooms had broken tiles, small in size. Not the cleanest. ||Positives:|1. The hotel facade is very good.|2. Very big parking. Not many hotels have it.|3. Ordered food in our rooms. Portion sizes were very good. Food itself was excellent, and affordably prized. The chef was very well mannered and asked over the phone if the food met our expectations. I ordered more. |4. The morning buffet spread was ok. Nothing to complain there.|5. Very budget-friendly hotel, compared to others in the same category. |6. The bed itself was comfortable. Clean beddings. Had a restful sleep.|7. We had two connecting rooms, which made them look more spacious. And we could travel between the rooms freely.|8. The hotel itself was nicely lit and well-decorated.

I have been staying at this hotel every month for the past one year but for the past two months I have been demanding a change in the taste of the food here but I am served only the local traditional taste here, it does not matter to anyone whether you are able to eat the food or not.

This is a place where you can book a hall for any event, you can seat and enjoy alcohol at Bar, You can stay in there nicely built affordable rooms and enjoy the ambience around the property. There is penalty of parking available for both two wheeler and 4 wheeler.

Was traveling and stopped by to take a break. Ordered idli at 8:45am ...bill was done at 9:06 am Received Order at 9:30 am. Please consider prompt service.

Located on the highway towards Kolkata from Asansol, this place is amazing, and I loved having spent one evening with colleagues and friends. The food is awesome, and the staff is very humble. Bar is good, and one can find all brands of liquor at this place

Good stay over Asansol Ranjgunj highway.. cosy rooms, good food(a bit pricey) large parking space only swimming pool is missing in comparing with Durgapur property.

I ordered a plate of egg poach and it came after 45 mins and that too the yolk part was leaking and there was no salt added to it and it was served late...very disappointed and dissatisfied with the time taken to serve and the taste... hoping that both become better the next time.
