Collection O Nilanjana Hotel

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The overall cleanliness was below standard--the floor was dirty, and the bedsheets had several visible stains. The bathroom was poorly maintained, with a non-functional commode flush that caused considerable inconvenience. The food was also a major letdown. The complimentary breakfast was extremely minimal, offering only a piece of toast and a cup of tea. Dinner was no better--the roti was mostly burnt, the rice looked old and stale, and every food item served was excessively salty, making it difficult to enjoy the meal. Given these multiple issues, I cannot recommend this hotel. Management needs to urgently address cleanliness, maintenance, and the quality of food being served.
