While driving to the north Bengal hills for holiday stopped at their restaurant for a quick lunch. The soup and the curries tasted extreme salty- which we apprised the reception people and stated our intention of one night stay in one of their premium fourth floor rooms. Before our check-in on 16th we also reminded of the excessive salt content in the food stuff. Lucky for us the dinner was okay and the next morning breakfast spread was all right but of limited choice in the category of the room charges one has to pay. On the whole, the one night stay en route to Kolkata was good and the staff at service were polite. The hotel lobby has a counter to buy honey, pickles and souvenirs and learnt that each Guest visiting the resort in June were offered the famous local mangoes. Suggesting the small counter at the lobby keep local Amsatta and other local souvenirs for guest to buy

We didn't stay at the hotel but visited the restaurant -- and it was a pleasant experience! The ambiance is neat and comfortable, with a touch of elegance. The staff was courteous and attentive. We tried Chilli Chicken & chicken fried rice and both were flavorful and well-prepared. Lastly Ice cream. Portion sizes were decent, and the food arrived on time. Overall, a good place to dine in Malda if you're looking for a clean and calm environment with super clen wash room plus super tasttasty food. Worth a visit even if you're not staying at the hotel
Room was passably spacious, but food was stale and bathroom was moldy. The doorbell for the room = was a high-pitched alarm sound. I was half asleep and I thought the fire alarm was going off. Location is fine if you have a car, otherwise it's VERY FAR away from anything. Playing youtube videos for musical ambience with ads and bandwidth unable to keep up was the icing on the cake. There's nothing quite like having your breakfast while music buffers every 15 seconds.
During my visit to the poolside cafe at Waves Pool and Cafe , I was assisted by Bappi, and I must say, his service was exceptional! From the moment I arrived, Bappi welcomed me with a warm smile and made sure I got the best seating with a perfect pool view. He was polite, professional, and very attentive to all my requests. His menu recommendations were spot on, especially the [mix pasta and green cherry mocktail]. Even though the cafe was quite busy, he managed everything smoothly, ensuring that every guest was attended to promptly. His friendly nature and dedication to customer service truly stood out. However, I recently visited again and was surprised to find that Bappi is no longer there. His presence made a real difference, and many of us who knew him truly miss his excellent service. We sincerely hope that the management considers bringing him back, as he was not just a staff member but someone who built a great connection with guests likeus.
Property is just adjacent to highway, with ample parking facility within the premise , though the property was old but aesthetically designed and maintained. Service we found is truly appreciable, moreover very prompt. Special mention is justified for Mr. Angshuman Saha as he make us feel very comfortable and take care every bit of things during our stay.
Ambience is amazing. Waves cafe is super. Pizza, pasta, momos cappuccino coffee all very good. Very nice for birthday party
My family and I recently stayed at this hotel from 22nd to 23rd and from 28th-29th. We stayed here, for it was an intermediary on our car ride to Lataguri. As for the review, this place is decently well put together and managed. There is a good view, and there are many commodities such as balcony facilities and swimming pools available, the latter being for use in the summer. The food is great and decently priced. The service is a bit lackluster as there are delays and misinterpretation of simple demands. Overall, 3/5 experience. Would recommend.
This hotel is a third class hotel in Malda district. The management system in this hotel is absolutely terrible. The staff behaves like inhumane people. They still don't know how to talk to the guests. The food service is not good. They serve the food very late.
