Hotel O Kanchanjanga Tourist Lodge

Though the rooms are neat and clean, but the staff (not the owner) is very rude. He is very arrogant and voice is rough. As if he rules the world. Once (29 April 2019) our train was at 11pm at Alipurduar and it was 4pm, so we decided to wait at a room. So we decided since we don't need to sleep, we need only 1 room for 4 members. But he was forcing us to take 2 rooms. For his rudeness, we left that hotel instantly

The Lodge offered me a perfect room for staying for three nights and four days. The bed was comfortable. The service-staff frequently enquired about my needs. The bathroom was well-equipped. The swimming pool was also good.

Excellent Hotel,very good service, Owner's behaviour undoubtedly very gentle and humble. Nice place for guest as this hotel adjacent to New Alipurduar Railway station. Hygienic, properly maintained. As tourist or traveller or any work related stay in alipurduar or nearby you can choose this hotel .

I went without Oyo booking because Oyo reputation is spoilt in market.they have not paid many hotels and in turn hotels don't honour their booking. I was given room 404 on top floor, with good view of station just opposite to it. Rate was reasonable 999 for it. Lift is somewhat a problem due to frequently power tripping.

Hi guys,don't book this hotel. They try to steal money from me. I stayed their 4 days 500/day room. I paid 500 as adv. thn next day I paid 500. On 4th day during checkout time,I forgot about the paid money and paid 2000.The owner knew 1000 was already paid but he still kept my all money. Within 5 minutes I remembered about the paid 1000 rupees and I told him about it. Surprisingly the owner told me that I had paid 1000 rupees not 2000 rupees.He also told me that whatever the amount customer pay,they kept record in a record book.I asked him to show me record book where he kept money records but unfortunately I couldn't find the extra amount in his record book.Which means he manipulate his record book also within 5 minutes.Even when I asked him to show me CCTV camera footage,he denied it. After 1 hour of argue,another man (I think 2 nd owner of hotel) came & he agreed to show me CCTV footage. In CCTV footage it was cleared that the first owner took 2000 from me. At last the 2nd owner agreed and after an hour he returned my money. I way luckI got my money back.If owner didnot agree to show me CCTV footage ,I lost 1000 rupee that day. So try to avoid this hotel. I was stayed in room 105 gr floor.In the morning,I always had to move here & there in hotel to charge my mobile as that room's power phase was in damaged condition. (Amount mentioned here is different than I actually paid. )

Lodge provides most comfortable accommodation within budget price.Quietly elegant and exclusive the property facilitates services like front desk for assistance and a wide range of outdoor activities.The rooms were well-lit featuring simple decor and attached bathroom with basic toiletries.

Don't book this hotel because not good behavior of there staffs and owner. Hotel quality is very worst. Same also report to Oyo but there unable to receive any positive response. That's why Oyo reputation going down. Am losses money and time so am request don't anyone losses this with this hotel.

Its awsum..specially room no d10..its airy..the staffs are friendly..specially bunty,the room attendant..he is kinda very jolly..this place is safe..for party freaks there is a wine shop just next door..there is a station is opposite to the lodge..the owner is friendly and homely..nevertheless is the experience is godly at such a remote place..
