Hotel Dooars Mountain

Hotel & food is good. However, they fail to provide the E-Invoice on time. It can take up to 20-30 days despite their commitment of 2-3 working days while checking out.

It is on the outskirts of alipurduar. The hotel is very clean,with good rooms they offer. The slippers they gave were very slippery and in the bathroom one must be very cautious while wearing as it is prone to accidents. Either don't wear or have your simple matter of life and death. There is a theka outside also

This property is newly built and operational. It's good in all respect as I felt there.

stayed for one night. There was a party on the upper floor, and the music was so loud that I was disturbed in room 409 until midnight. The room was clean, breakfast was fresh but had limited items, and the staff were helpful and polite. Overall, it's a nice place to stay.

Service is good. The rooms are very good as compared to other hotels in Alipurduar township. But the worst thing is parking unavailability and no wheelchair accessibility.

Hotel Rooms are too old. Matters are not at all comfortable. The rating is only for complimentary Breakfast quality which is good. The rooms are not worth its getting charged. Management must improve room quality.

Room needs some improvement. Blanket was smelling funky. Condition of the washroom was not ok at all, stains all over the toilet seat, water tap was dodgy and broken. Foods are too much tossed with sauces and spices. Mineral water bottle per litre is 35 without GST!!! However room service was ok.

Check in : 03/March/23|Checkout: 05/March/23||Visited with my mother and we had an early checkin at 4.30am which was allowed witha charge of INR 1000/-. The room rates are budget friendly with complimentary breakfast which has satisfactory spread with tasty food.||The location of the hotel is within 3-4 kms from New Alipuduar Railway Station and share autos are available to travel at INR 20-30/- per person. Market place and eateries line up the road on which this hotel is situated. The hotel has a restaurant and Bar/nigh-club as well.||Bengali food on the menu are very well made and tasty including shorse maach. ||Behaviour of the hotel staffs are very pleasing and they always carry a smile and willing to help.||This is my 3rd visit to this hotel and it has always maintained its standard.|High on my recomendation for tourist visiting North Bengal.||Hope this review is of help for your travel planning.
