Hotel Shivam

We stayed there for 2 days and to be fair it was a very good experience for our family They have big rooms and they also have multiple rooms for 4-6 people sharing . This is great for family's with 2 kids. Rooms are clean and tidy. Bathroom is huge and all amenities are present Food is top notch . Location is also very close to new alipurduar railway station . Staff and service is very very good Recommend to stay here

Pathetic behaviour by hotel staff,when I approached hotel telling that I want to book online,he first told that room is non AC later told that hotel has no non AC rooms. Non professional extremely rude behaviour. Don't even think to come here

Worst hotel ....main culprit is the maneger....they demand higher rates for room ....if you want to stay in alipurduar , just opposite side there another hotel , stay there but dont stay in shivam hotel

Best hotel in alipurduar. Service,food,room, location ,prices all are great, staff behaviour is polite and helpful. The only negative is the WiFi, sometimes it doesn't work.

Terrible Experience - Avoid This Hotel I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The rooms are extremely old, outdated, and poorly maintained. Everything felt dirty and neglected, from the worn-out furniture to the malfunctioning bathroom fixtures. It was clear that no effort has been made to keep the place in decent condition. To make matters worse, the reception staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional. From the moment I arrived, they were dismissive and acted like they couldn't care less about their guests. I would never ever stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid this hotel at all costs. There are much better options out there for the price, with staff who actually value their guests. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else!
