PURNI HOTEL AND RESORTS

Be aware of online booking on this hotel. They may show you a room photograph when it was inaugurated, but the current state can be horrible. Anytime the airconditioner alongwith the wall can fall over causing life risk to the customer. Water will always slip from the bathroom to the room. And all these will come at full price of the room alongwith a new trick called package per head (lodging and fooding.incl.) wheather you like it or not. But I must say, the hospitality service from the hotel staff and the quality of the food is very good. The courtyard ambient is also quite good.

The location is near to the beach, the ambience is quite peaceful. We made a booking 2 months prior and specifically requested for all 4 rooms near to each other and with gyeser facility. One of the room didn't had gyeser, upon raising concern they changed the room far away from rest of the rooms. The quality and taste of the food are very much average. The rooms are not aesthetically cleaned. The bathroom were having a bad smell always. Main thing the elderly members of our family were sitting in the garden table, the staff members were abusive asking them to get up from there and shift to a different table as some other guests want to sit there (wherein there was no reserved tag on the table). Upon chasing them they were giving excuses. We had overall a very bad experience there.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights in a quadruple room. The hotel is nicely situated - only a few minutes walk to the Tajpur beach and a few minutes drive to the Tajpur-Digha road. The staff was really helpful and courteous. Also the food was very good - great taste, hygenic and homely. Highly recommended.

Over all experience is quite good except resort main entry gate. Entry gate calvert too high car chassis hit.

The hotel is located near the beach, hardly 3-4 min walking distance. The staff behavior is really good as well as the manager. They have prompt service and the food was good. The rooms are nice. The bathroom has modern amenities. We took a food package, so it cost us 1600/person. You can also get the room and pay as per you eat but we choose otherwise. A serene place for friends, family, and couples who want to stay away from the crowd.

While randomly searching on Google,I came across a resort named "Purni Hotel and Resort." It was awesome,the rooms,the environment,everything was excellent.The staff's behavior was also very good, and they provided whatever we needed.The resort also offers parking facilities.It's just a 2meter walk to the sea beach from the resort.They serve high-quality food.If you want to spend good quality time with your friends and family, then go for it.

Really Awesome Resort. Visited in this Holi with our friends, stayed for 2-Nights. First of all Rooms, Washroom, Restaurant, and Entire compound everything is Neat & Clean. Very well mannered Behaviour of staffs including Manager. They have taken full care of Us. We stayed in package which includes food, really it's very very tasty food they have served. Overall ambience of Property, I will give 5-Star. Best place for Family & Friends to stay.

I have booked this hotel online and I think I choose the right stay for me. This is a resort you can say. Surroundings are well decorated by the management. Rooms are neat and clean. The guys there are well mannered. Foods are good too. Placed near the sea beach is good option. Overall Good service provided. Happy to stay there.
